Acc fanboys don't seem to be taking the current pecking order too well.

What a contrast. One of the best game calls I've ever witnessed. Smooth flow. You always knew which player had the ball, who was subbing in/out & what schemes were being run. Lots of background on the players & coaches. They both knew their stuff & conveyed it.

A lot of the heart burn is with the ESPN corporate schtick, playing to a different demo & trying to generate interest in a wider audience.
They know we lax purists are going to watch anyway, even if we have to hit [MUTE].
I can believe it.
Sure the play-by-play guy sets the tone, but the entire presentation is shaped by the network, via their producers.

Carc can play it straight & soothe us old white guys, but we're not the audience espn is trying to capture. They already have us. No other options.

I've been listening to various pod casts. The consensus story from the lacrosse media seems to be: "UVA vs Maryland is the real NC game." so, for other fans, please be prepared for the onslaught.

It's Cotter/Boyle for UVa-Terps, right?

I don't know. I listened to Quint/Cotter podcast on Lax All Stars, and it was hard to keep track.

I am assuming this is the same crowd that spent a few days complaining that ND and/or Duke were screwed by the committee.
None of them will remember saying "UVA vs Maryland is the real NC game" after the MD final four games are much tougher than this one.

Who is in charge at ESPN? Are they still getting fired for using cocaine at work? I some how remember this being a big story about their leadership.

Why would they put Anish and Carc together when there are so many better options?

I am predicting that I will have the sound off before halftime.

Quint Kessenich’s brother,
sudden passed away.

So, QK looks like he’ll be out of possibly most of the
NCAAs,

guessing its Navy’s Pace.

The camerawork on the Penn/Rutgers game is pretty poor. Still in the 1st quarter and 4-5 instances of the cameraman losing the ball for extended periods of time.

Starting to clean it up.

EDIT: Nevermind. Cameraman needs an in-game substitution.

Not so sure. I'm getting sea sick, and the rest of the time the camera operator is not pointing their device at the person with the ball in their stick!
