Roanoke getting in is a huge head scratcher. Losses by HSC reg season come back to bite. The best two teams in the odac right now played for the championship today. Good luck to all

If you’re calling statement wins against HSC and RMC you need to reevaluate things. Team’s like F&M and Stevenson play a way harder schedule and won games against better teams than HSC and RMC. Noke beating HSC and Catholic are not better quality wins compared to both Stevenson & F&M. Both would roll Noke by 7+ goals easily.

Stevenson also played Salisbury, Dickinson, Gettysburg and F&M very closely. In addition to beating tournament teams in Denison, Colorado College, Stevens and regionally ranked Ursinus. They very well might’ve been the “first team out” when the numbers came in. A tough break for sure.

If any of us are fans of the ODAC, we should be happy about three teams getting NCAA bids. Why sh*t on anyone for getting in? It looks good for the conference.

It does Concorde and good for NOKE. That 1 goal win vs. Catholic was huge. May bode well for recruiting for NOKE and ODAC as a whole but.. Stevie a better team than NOKE and would have a better chance against Gburg..
Always a deserving team left out.

Stevenson had 1 win vs regionally ranked teams. F&M maybe. Stevenson is the better team. Roanoke has a better resume. They cannot use score differential as a criteria.

Agree but…
F&M resume included 16-12 neutral site win over Stevie.
Three of their 4 losses were to tournament teams york, Dickinson and Gettysburg - 4th was to conf foe Ursinus.

Not making the CC playoffs, and a weak OOC sked doomed the dips. But imo they should have gotten in over Stevie, and both had better resumes than noke.

I would rather face noke than all the teams above, including Ursinus.
