You're up...what say you?

Yes. I don't want to be a copycat, but I am agreeing with the person who said 13-12. However, I am saying it will be in favor of Navy.

Navy will either host Army or travel to Lehigh for the Patriot League Quarterfinals. Mids will host Army if Boston beats Army and will travel to Lehigh if Army wins

Patriot League’s crazy competitive this year.

Nice win. Sure looks like peaking at the right time.
Xavier 9 shots & just one goal? Good that he is getting free for shots is my glass half full.

So off to Lehigh! Could Navy have a chance to avenge all three regular season conference losses in this tournament. The other two were to Loyola and BU.

Strong and confident second half, especially the fourth quarter. Another nice win for the Mids. Playing well heading into the PLT. Go Navy!

Re: Navy 2022
Heck of a won by the MIDS on Friday night.
First, how classless is Bucknell. Running out of the tunnel late for the National Anthem and then running down the Navy Sideline when the MIDS were all wating. I thought the Navy Football players were going to storm the field and stomp some a$$.
Our GK, continues to play very strong and had some amazing saves. 34 pushing the tempo and played more physical tonight. Love the energy the Navy defense showed, I think one possession the Navy D held strong for over 3 minutes on recycled opportunities. 5, 37,66 and 52 were all over the field.
29 was quiet on the evening, 28 and 43 played very smart and controlled the ball with confidence. 64 had weight room check, where the BN defender knocked 64 to the ground, stripped the ball and scored immediate on the other end of the field. 6 came on a Second Midfield run and scored a nice goal on a physical move to the cage from up top. FOGO 4 had an amazing goal from 12 out- the bench went crazy. Maybe 4 gets a run at Second Midfield - Who knows with this staff.
Welcome back #10 – who was firing on all cylinder with three nice outside shooting goals, 21 scored a nice goal from 29 when the game was tied. In the Navy notes, it says that 21 is close to getting in the Navy 100-point club. We want more 32 in the game !
When it comes to 24, I think he could be a complete player, but he is very selfish, only goes 100% when he has the ball and doesn’t ride. Maybe it’s just me, but I think Navy plays better as a “TEAM” when 24 isn’t in the game. 1 for 9 shooting, loads of turn overs and lack of effort but still plays every rep. I find it interesting and disappointing that the Coach Amplo/Ross have given the keys to the castle to 24 without earning them.

Re: Navy 2022
Navy is 50th in points per game and 53rd in TOs. No one else has earned the keys. And before we throw 24 under the milk carton (as USNA buses were know as), maybe 24 was told to run the plays he did by the HC/OC because no one else is making it happen?TheGoat1999 wrote: ↑Sun May 01, 2022 6:31 pm When it comes to 24, I think he could be a complete player, but he is very selfish, only goes 100% when he has the ball and doesn’t ride. Re: Navy 2022
The game isn’t over, but a disappointing showing from Navy tonight. Lehigh really set the tone early with great x-work and play in the cage. And timely offense.
