Johns Hopkins 2022
Re: Johns Hopkins 2022
What on earth is Kirson doing 5 miles out of the goal there
Re: Johns Hopkins 2022
Scott Smith is inevitable
Re: Johns Hopkins 2022
Penn State has gigantic issues, but you can't pick your opponent. Jays did everything you could have asked of them — got up off the mat after a beating last week and controlled every facet of play. Nice for the seniors to get one more win on Homewood, and congrats to Joey on the 100 Club.

Re: Johns Hopkins 2022
Nice effort by the Blue Jays today.
Congratulations to Joey Epstein on his 100th goal. Still the best player on the roster, I think.
Blue Jays’ defense had a good game, with nine caused turnovers, although Penn State made things easy on them at times.
Good game from Kirson (0.636 save percentage!).
Hopkins earned another shot at Maryland. Not much to say about that except the Blue Jays should give their all and leave everything on the field. Put in a spirited effort and see how things go.
We want more!

The Manhasset Baugher clan was prolific. Wonder if Matt Baugher, a player on the B.U. lacrosse team is among the Baugher clan.

It is astounding how empty some lives must be. Hopkins get a nice win in the B1G Tournament and instantly some want to c*&p all over the team. But if this release of hostility helps make you calmer, then go all out.

In before DocB: cautiously optimistic for the rematch. Let's get Epstein a hat trick.

If you had any reading comprehension, you would have noticed that my comment was a direct response to Drcthru's comment "God help us! " against Maryland. I was pointing out that EVERYONE is facing a huge uphill battle against Maryland this year, not just Hopkins. And tried to do so in a joking manner, if you understood the "all the way down" reference. Which I'm guessing you didn't.HillsLax wrote: ↑Sat Apr 30, 2022 4:00 pm "CU77 wrote:

And the +1000000 was from Hopkins fan Drcthru, who understood what I was saying.
Re: Johns Hopkins 2022
Thanks for the stunning insight that Maryland has a very good team. This is absolutely something we all needed to learn as soon as this game was done.
Re: Johns Hopkins 2022
It was your fellow Hop homie Drcthru who pointed it out, not me.
Re: Johns Hopkins 2022
Give the program a lot of credit today. You get manhandled in historic fashion and come right back and put away a conference rival at home.
Congrats to epstein. 100 goal club at Hopkins isn't an easy one to make.

I know him but we didn't overlap as undergrads. He was in grad school when I was there.

You mean PROFESSOR Barbera. The guy who kept Urso scoreless for 2+ quarters.
