I figured as such.
And I dont want to disparage any of these kids or their hard work. So not naming names.

Things will be picking up a lot this week. Have a great spring!

Watched the BL-L'ville game today and... BL's Cardin Stoller is good, really good. RU grabbed a Blue Chipper.

Fine performances from both MIAA teams against Canadian teams.

Wow! If there was an award for player of the day, BL goalie Stoller might be the winner. I don't know his total numbers, but he was awesome in his team's 8-6 victory over McDonogh today!

Don's goalie was very sharp and St. Mary's missed several open looks. They can't do that against Cards on Friday.

StM 7-0, 1-0; look strong on D and efficient on O
BL 5-1, 1-0; best team in league...maybe better than '21
Spalding 5-1, 1-0; excellent team...they do what they do well and have best player in league
Sev 4-1, 1-0; stronger than they get credit for...they will beat someone big names
Gilman 6-3, 1-0; improving under new coach
StP 6-1, 0-1, took a step back as they were dominated by Cavs...Friday will be a big one
CHC 6-1; they are "The Hall"
MSJ 4-1, 0-1; improved but not there yet
McD 3-3, 0-1; strong D...but ball gets caught in the stick of one guy on "O" a lot
Loyola 2-4, 0-1; what is up with Dons?...hearing a lot of rumbling.
JC 1-3, 0-1; improving but not a factor

Some predictions…which I’m terrible at!

:D

Fri:

BL (5-1) @ JC (2-3) JC is a feisty team with some good seniors, but BL wins with more talent.
Sev (2-2) @ StP (6-1) Todd is a “best in class” player, but StP uses its depth to get by Severn.
StM (6-0) @ CH (6-1) Game of the Week. Expect CH to be ready, rested and have a game plan. StM can prove they are for real against the Cards. Can they hang? I will go with the upset and take St.M to surprise all with a win.
LB (2-4) @ MSJ (4-1) LB has struggled this year but gets on track against a still growing MSJ team.
AS (5-1) @ McD(3-3) I think Spalding shows it’s in the hunt for a title when it eeks by a talented but not yet “gelled” McD team.
