Johns Hopkins 2022
Re: Johns Hopkins 2022
I predict that a team led by a former Cornell coach will win.
Re: Johns Hopkins 2022
At least with benson the man up worked and they had some people who could shoot. This is just ridiculously bad.

That last second goal by Delaware just absolutely ruined a strong quarter by the Blue Jays. And yet once again off a pretty horrible turnover.

Winning ONE quarter is not exactly something worth writing home about. To me, the first play in the 4th was worse as they let the transition ball carrier go straight to the net.DocBarrister wrote: ↑Sun Mar 20, 2022 8:38 pm That last second goal by Delaware just absolutely ruined a strong quarter by the Blue Jays. Re: Johns Hopkins 2022
0-5 tonight. Statistically, Keogh is Jays’ worst shooter on the season. Why is he still taking shots?
Re: Johns Hopkins 2022
why do the defensemen still run all the way down the field after we score to be part of the offensive huddle? wasted energy

Re: Johns Hopkins 2022
What a disastrous weekend. Milliman’s scheduling has basically killed the Jays’ season. Terps own the AQ. Start playing for next season and see if any of the freshmen beyond Callahan can play.

Re: Johns Hopkins 2022
If Deso is not going to take that shot, why is he in there?
Re: Johns Hopkins 2022
because there were 2 other good teams back then51percentcorn wrote: ↑Sun Mar 20, 2022 9:02 pmSo why didn't it matter when Piggy/Greens/Deto/LQ/Petro etc. ran down the field after every goal - they scored alot more back then
Re: Johns Hopkins 2022
with degnon at attack mcmanus is our second best healthy midfielder right now and maybe above peshko. Grant jr did nothing to improve the offensive side and this has to be one of the worst offenses in program history. Credit to benson for not only finding another job but one where he inherited so much talent and coaching that he's able to have success because he left a mess. There are 18 srs and grad students on this roster and it's inexcusable to be swept by navy and delaware plus those performances against cuse and loyola which could have been losses.
Grant Jrs seat is officially hot and Milliman isn't far behind.

I’d say the current version of the Jays need to use whatever energy they have for plays between the whistles that might help them make plays.51percentcorn wrote: ↑Sun Mar 20, 2022 9:02 pmSo why didn't it matter when Piggy/Greens/Deto/LQ/Petro etc. ran down the field after every goal - they scored alot more back then

Re: Johns Hopkins 2022
The stuff about wanting the D to not run down field after scores is one of the most inane things I've ever seen on this board. Just stop. On the list of top 100 problems with this team, this is #5849902873920.
