Think the Hop by at least three tonight. One thing to remember is that Hopkins likely has more to play for. Their hopes for an at-large berth for the postseason are very much alive. Navy, regardless of tonight, will most likely have to win the Patriot League to get in.

Well done MIDS! Have to say, I did not see that one coming,

JHU had zero penalties...interesting.

good game — Skalniak is the best player you've had in at least a decade, probably since Ian Dingman

This win feels extra special. Close game. On the road. Behind most of the game. Against Hopkins. I am sure there are other reasons but those will do.

Come on, Youth! Where's your paragraph of game analysis? Enough skip passes today?

We know you didn't see it coming. A few hours ago you predicted your team would lose by 5... and that's on the "conservative" end

GO MIDS!

Skalniak was the best player in the game. Ssdm was not going to be the answer, but he was Anne to get matched up against one quite a few times. I hope the qb recovers soon.

You are correct, I did not see it coming, as did most of the lacrosse world, w/JHU laying -3.5. I'll enjoy the win along with everyone else, and am content predicting the wrong the outcome....maybe I should do this each week from now on. ;)

This was a fun game to watch, back and forth pretty much the whole game. Lot of banging around going on, particularly on loose balls. Was tough to keep possession and come out of the pack with the ball still in your stick. Got it, don't got it, got it, don't got it, got it, don't got it...some crazy battles.
First win over Hop since '69, probably knew about that win but don't remember. Remember being at the Drive In in '69 though. Don't remember what was on but it didn't matter. 8-)
Congrats Mids, very nice win!!!

Nothing like the state of Maryland lacrosse.

Best history
Best venues
Most teams with The Mount, Georgetown, UMD, Loyola, Navy, UMBC, Towson and Hopkins all in a 30 mile radius.

Old Bay, Lacrosse and Maryland like the red white and blue!!!

You're not dealing with someone who is concerned about being close though, Henpecked, his/her only concern is coming on and being a pain in the asz.

The center of the lacrosse universe is …

Glenwood Maryland.

All within a 35 mile radius.

The Mount
UMD
Georgetown
Towson
UMBC
Loyola
Hopkins
National Lacrosse Hall of Fame.

Glenwood should put up a historic marker.
