Last 5 matchups between Union and Williams have all been decided by 1 goal! Hoping for another thriller.

I think Gebhardt can make it entertaining, but I don’t know if it will be a shootout.Laxaholic123 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 07, 2022 12:10 pm I am also excited for MIT vs RPI. Could be a shootout!

Re: Game of the week
Williams needs to score more than the 9 goals they put on Trinity. The Williams defense is very good.RetiredLLLaxer wrote: ↑Mon Mar 07, 2022 12:45 pm Last 5 matchups between Union and Williams have all been decided by 1 goal! Hoping for another thriller.

Union is a very good team. Williams will need a good offensive showing. Union for the win.
Tufts will blow out Amherst.
Salisbury vs. York, this will be similar to Lynchburg vs. Salisbury. The Gulls are a very good team, especially when they are sharing the ball like they did last week. The D is also very good, if the they decide to triple pole the midfield and shut off two attack, York better have a game plan for that. I don't think Lynchburg did and it cost them.

Re: Game of the week
I'd move the Williams - Union game to #1.
Re: Game of the week
I hear that. Problem is... Williams has only played 1 game (they beat Trinity, who is now 0-1) so they're pretty unknown while Union is 3-0 but against relatively mediocre teams. In other words, currently, this is a tough game to rate but, in a week or so, when both teams have proven themselves, this'll be ranked as one of the Best Games of the season. If that makes sense...

Re: Game of the week
I thought that CNU v Ursinus game was gonna be a lot better. If CNU is undefeated by March 24 (after Gettysburg, LYN, and W&L) we could be looking at a legit national championship contender however the prospect of playing the gulls 3 times (seaon, conf, NCAA) is daunting.Matnum PI wrote: ↑Wed Mar 09, 2022 12:01 pm Today's Best Games (in order)
