I don’t understand. Is IL picking these players only? Where are the attackers and middies from UNC and Syracuse ??
Looks like you have to either arrow down or left or right for your choices. I suppose there will be bugs in the early stages.
Thats ok I went and looked at the instructions...I have no interest in playing either.

6 pts for a CTO? I think you would have to pick a middie if you want to maximize points, right?

Can’t argue with that. Think you’ll try it? It’s too involved for me.

no, because my daughter isn't listed! but maybe I'll start scoring her points for myself using this scale.

Yeah—I have to say, the points breakdown is intriguing. I want to look at the box score of a few random games and a few different players and see what the points look like.

So if your daughter was on the list—you’d play?

No but I did take JW, LR and KL from the hounds. Who knows how they picked the girls available. Rory only Terp other than Sterling? if Sterling sees more than 15 shots something went horribly wrong. They’re playing Bill and Mary. The whole starting midfield and attack should be on there.

Unless you’ve got at attacker that’s a draw specialist as well. Then you can get a good takeaway defender or low attacker. Also need to look at opponents as well.

I just assumed Inside Lacrosse just didn’t have/think it was worth the time to find $$ value for all players for a free fantasy league that doesn’t make any money. Especially if picks are made every weekend.

The goaltender, Kara Rahaim for Stanford is up for player of the week with her terrific 19 saves against USC. Though it was a great performance, it's interesting to compare it to some of the great performances from the past.

With almost 100% certainty, I would say those are not accurate stats. 39 saves in a game is a big stretch. Even today, goalie stats are usually not accurate. Some team statisticians count pipe shots as saves, flat out misses are sometimes counted as saves, etc. Watched a game last week between SDSU and Princeton and they were handing out saves like they were from a Pez Dispenser. One that comes to mind was ground ball turnover that a defender rolled to the goalie and they gave her a save. Not saying those goalies didn't play well but goalie stats can often be misleading. Watched a game this past weekend where a goalie made a save, they reset the clock to 60 and the goalie wasn't credited with the save. It's a shame because these goalies are judged on their stats that are often incorrect.

DISCLAIMER - This comment has NOTHING to do with Rahaim's great game...I haven't watched it, so I wouldn't comment on it. I'm commenting more on the historical games that were posted.

I fully agree that women’s lacrosse needs more professional coverage – from TV all the way to the statistician, there is room for great improvement.

Pretty obnoxious tweet. Keep in mind, the UVA-UMD game, a much better comparison to BC-UNC, had over 10,000 fans.

Indeed it is. I was very surprised at the number, and for a regular season game to boot.
