Define eligible. NCAA eligible and conference eligible are two different things. I just don’t trust the NEC and feel like they did RoMo dirty last year so wouldn’t put anything past them.
Now I love those cowboys, I love their gold
Love my uncle, God rest his soul
Taught me good, Lord, taught me all I know
Taught me so well, that I grabbed that gold
I left his dead ass there by the side of the road, yeah

I’d be more worried if it was hypothetically just SJU and Hobart. They aren’t screwing over Pressler. I could be wrong.

It would be ashamed to have to tell the players they have no shot at the NCAA due to school administrations not thinking things through. Why announce these changes in season? SMH.....
I don't know much about Stony Brook's current conference or that they were moving to another. Are you saying that they announced they were leaving their current conference and the conference won't allow them to compete in their conference tournament, assuming that's how they crown their champion? That's really unfair to those players if my understanding is accurate.
Yes!!
That's incredibly poor leadership by those adults in charge.

Rumor around Iona is that they and Siena are going to the A10, which might make sense given them being the historically best MAAC bball schools. Siena was supposedly last team out when A10 added Davidson and VCU ~10 yrs ago. Both LaSalle and Fordham joined the A10 from the MAAC.

The A10 basketball conference would go from a single 14 team basketball conference to two 8 team divisions. The Siena addition would mean the conference would only need to add one affiliate member to qualify the league for men’s lacrosse.

Think that gives more leverage to Fairfield to do what they want in lacrosse.

I can't see Siena leaving the MAAC for the A-10 and Iona only has a club Men's team. Are they making a jump to varsity already? If so, again, why would they leave the MAAC.
