Lehigh's D and goalie are a whole lot more of a challenge for our offense. Shooting accuracy by ALL the offense needs to get better. We can't rely on the attack alone to light the scoreboard.

The podcast is interesting. I thought Coach's comments on emotion were pretty on target based on watching last week. But he was also pretty hard on the D. Should be interesting to see how the close D in particular comes out today. It will be a tough day for them, and with their FO advantage, there will be lots of D. What a great opportunity today is. A win would be terrific, but so much to learn for league play in any case. I didn't realize that Lehigh's style is so similar to Bryant's style ...

Should be a good one. Seeing a few lacrosse betting sites (that's a thing now, apparently), going with the under and the Statesmen at +4.5 on this one and I agree.

Going to be a slugfest and good shooting and limiting turnovers will be big against this tough Lehigh D.

Is Romm done, again? Would be a shame after promising start to 2020 then losing all of last year/.

They’re still considers a PL contender, probably would take Del this year.

Crazy win, O put up enough goals and defense—esp the keeper, Holtby— came up big! But, game ball goes to the forgo, Shea for his 50/50 play at the x. Huge win given the early season schedule! Would love to see the D get the ball off the ground more effectively, nonetheless, huge win considering we played w/o a few guys.

Toughness won it. The two teams had different strengths, but we had the better gut check. Adam Shea showed his stuff, but a full team effort made this a win.

$5 says IL barely mentions Hobart's win and doesn't even mention Shea's day against Sisselberger. It doesn't fit their narrative. In their mind, Hobart is an afterthought.

I won't take that bet. But IL's mention won't help us. I'd rather be an underdog.
We got some poor calls today and the players shook them off. I think these guys have a good sense of themselves already. It seems like a very tight team.

In the bubble yesterday for a great team win. Watched from the sidelines across from the X and the battle there was symbolic of the battle All game. There was a tension that you only feel in a critical league game late in the season. The cheers inside the bubble were unique as the wind knocking on the walls and rattling the overhead lights had me thinking about the bubble collapse possibility( hey it happened once before, luckily not during a game). Thanks to Tom Poole and all the donors that made the game possible yesterday. Shea surprised Sissleberger with his quickness and strength(heck Mike is Bethlehem Steel!)which set the tone for the fight. Awesome last save by Holtby following a nail biter late comeback by Lehigh. This win was a great test and bodes well for the character of this year's team.`

I'm afraid Lehigh will be penalized more for the loss than Hobart rewarded for the win.
