One happened in US cities. The other took place in Canada....where I don't care what they do, and don't know the first thing about their laws.
Whew. That was really difficult, Pete.
You don’t care what occurs with our number one trading partner and a country which shares 5,000+ miles of border with America?
I do, for the reasons I explained. From my point of view, the protests are explicitly targeted at shutting down the economy, especially trade between Canada and the US, and it's being partially fomented and funded by US citizens as part of a transnational right wing populist/fascist movement.
So..darn serious.
And I differentiated clearly between funding bail and legal defense and funding the actual protests designed to cause damage. Paying people to destroy economies. Funding violence. Complicit.
And yeah, this is a form of right wing, transnational terrorism.
I'd have the same issue with, say, paying for the kerosene to burn buildings down in a 'left-wing' protest. Or paying people to go to such a protest with the intent of burning down buildings.
What's so difficult to understand?
