Isn't this a new fangled variation of how the angry, hate filled FLP liberal Democrats spent 30 years trying to shut up Rush Limbaugh? You know who are. Your all the same people who lecture us about diversity, tolerance and respecting the opinion of others. Your the people who SHOULD be advocating for the people you disagree with. So what is so special about Joe Rogan. A fan has it exactly right!

No one is banning or silencing Joe Rogan or even trying to. Those boycotting Rogan are exercising their first amendment rights, which you apparently don't think they have. Grow up!
Young is gone from spotify. Gone, as no longer around. Silenced. Isn't that a form of "censorship" Like the pathetic "ignore" funtion.

If JRogan had made the request, "me or him"......and the same result ,happened, Young being gone. interested if you would consider that censorship ? Thoughts?

I don't think Neil Young has been relevant on the music scene for several decades. The people like myself already have his music in our libraries. It is hard to think most college kids today have any interest in listening to Neil sing Old Man.

Correct. But you have people who believe that if they don’t get what they want it’s unfair and toss around words they literally don’t understand the meaning of and can’t Google a definition to save their lives.
... don't think Neil Young feels or felt silenced for even a second. He spoke loudly and profoundly.
Speaking to the second sentence. Wanted to support cradle when I see him making a good cogent point and I think his first sentence was meant to articulate Young “deplatforming” himself despite the fact he signed up on YouTube music the next day. But he can speak for himself if I’ve misunderstood him

Why wouldn't they want to listen to music, of any time or era?

Most listen to Brahms or Beethoven , yes? Blues or Big Band ? I am listening to Trouble Funk as I type. 80's "go go" band from D.C.

If someone requests the removal of someone, that is censorship, imho.

What did Neil do with that $150 million for selling his songs to blackstone ? Give it all to Canada's WE charity

Yes, that's the FoxNews sales pitch.

And American conservatives....our current Republican party...would never do such a thing. Is that it?

Did you just move to America five minutes ago, Pete, and only read the brochure?
I have no doubt there exist some Republicans who would pull the plug on MSNBC if given the chance. But to compare a few of those with entire Democratic movements dedicated to shutting down Fox (or Rogan, or Newsmax, etc) is apples and watermelons. I can name significantly funded Democratic entities whose sole purpose is to shut down speech. Media Matters is one such example.
Yeah, sorry man, you're being silly. American Conservatives (Republicans, currently) are 1000% times worse on this count, and have stuck it to their fellow Americans trying to live their lives for generations.

"You stop doing it first", is my answer to complaints from your team about financially punishing Americans for their views/race/sex/religion/etc.

Rogan, to his credit, understands that's he not some comic only a few people have heard of anymore. 10 million customers comes with some strings....and a bit of care is needed when you're talking about medical stuff.

If you're going to ask boycotters to be considerate, and use their power wisely? Not too much to ask Rogan to take the same care with the power that he has.

Oh, I don't disagree that THEY are doing that----and that it's irony set at 11. It's just that your team never stopped doing it!

Here's how you take the high ground: next time someone kneels during the Anthem? You don't just ignore it........you CELEBRATE it.

Do that, all across FoxNation......invite Meghan Rapinoe on, and Kaepernick on, and say "hey, I'm behind your free speech....why did you kneel, what's your issue with America?"

Remember those marchers for BLM? The peaceful ones? Did you listen to them? Encourage their peaceful work? Have a listen to why they're so upset? That confused the heck out of me, if you'll recall. Here you had thousands of Black Americans telling you that their Dem-run government is broken. I have NO IDEA why you didn't embrace them, and say "welcome to the team...how can I help?"

As I said before: YOU stop doing this first. Until then? All you're doing is saying "do as I say, not as I do".

A lot of what you say, I totally agree with. Republicans make a ton of self goals; not aligning with the peaceful side of BLM was one.

The prison industrial complex has mostly been promoted by Democratic prosecutors; they overshot, so now you are seeing imbecile DA’s going the complete opposite way, which doesn’t work either. Those former Democratic prosecutors became judges, or congresspeople, or worse, talking heads on MSNBC. They remain powerful. Most judges are former prosecutors. MSNBC and CNN employ no fewer than seven former producers who are Democrats.

We need to differentiate violent and non violent crime; you will note that most Democrats have now subscribed totally to the over-incarceration mentality that prosecutors want you to have. America needs to become more like Europe on incarceration. Republicans should reach out to black leaders and join hands untangling this immoral mess. Unfortunately, I’m not as hopeful today as I was, ironically, when Trump began to pay attention. Crime is rising, and certain cities are beginning to become unstable.

I cou!d list a billion of these, but this entire book by a Democrat will explain why you are wildly wrong:

Oh, I don't disagree that THEY are doing that----and that it's irony set at 11. It's just that your team never stopped doing it!

Here's how you take the high ground: next time someone kneels during the Anthem? You don't just ignore it........you CELEBRATE it.

Do that, all across FoxNation......invite Meghan Rapinoe on, and Kaepernick on, and say "hey, I'm behind your free speech....why did you kneel, what's your issue with America?"

Imagine that? That's what happens when you turn the troll down. Let's call it a good day!
