Most Democratic politicians aren’t purely woke; they tinker with it. It’s more the left edges of universities, corporations, and local governments that tend to be more purely woke. Those three institutions however make up a good percentage of Democratic activists.

I think the assumption is that many Democrats would certainly try to suppress speech if given the chance. The Constitution prevents them, for now. However if Democrats were allowed to pack the court as desired, is it really that far fetched to assume that Democrats wound shut off certain speech?
