January 6, 2021: Insurrection or “normal tourist” visitation?
Re: January 6, 2021: Insurrection or “normal tourist” visitation?
I sure hope Salty has an ample supply of lipstick to apply to this pig..........These documents apparently are from the NARA document submission to the select committee - pretty much explains why the DOPUS and his minions wanted to keep them under wraps.

Who’s next after this little twerp?

‘Mr. Cawthorn is being too quick to scoff. The 14th Amendment provision in question, while little known and not employed since 1919, is a close fit for his conduct around Jan. 6 — as well as that of at least a half-dozen Republican colleagues who the organization spearheading the challenge, Free Speech For People, suggests will be next.
Passed in the wake of the Civil War to prevent former rebels from serving in Congress, Section 3 of the 14th Amendment states: “No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress … who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress … to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.”’

“ The order empowers the defense secretary to “seize, collect, retain and analyze all machines, equipment, electronically stored information, and material records required for retention under” a U.S. law that relates to preservation of election records. It also cites a lawsuit filed in 2017 against Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.
Additionally, the draft order would have given the defense secretary 60 days to write an assessment of the 2020 election. That suggests it could have been a gambit to keep Trump in power until at least mid-February of 2021.”

From pg 3 of the draft executive order that would have seen the military confiscate every voting machine in the country. Does anyone really think Trump would have said "her" if he didn't already have a Special Counsel in mind? Who wants to bet it was Sidney Powell?

Trump executive order that would have seized the voting machines and named a special counsel to probe the 2020 election.

... but there was no attempted coup. His Duce-ness has never seen this order, someone else, probably a member of ANTIFA wrote it. Fake news.

I don't understand; what's the big deal with a President, recently defeated at the polls, seizing the voting machines from the several states? I thought it was just a ragtag group of buffalo-robed madman running around the halls of Congress?PizzaSnake wrote: ↑Fri Jan 21, 2022 1:44 pm Sedition. Plain and dimple.

Anyone read this? It's pretty remarkable and does a nice job foretelling the cause (Mike Pence let us down, and wasn't strong enough) and effect (crowd surges into the Capitol):

It's a draft. Which member of the Trump admin drafted it ? Are Trump's initials on it ? Any evidence that he saw it ?

Be sure to get some extra because your hero Flynn along with the Kraken lady is likely this up to his ass.
Lastly, be patient as its all going to come out now eventually. But I'm sure you'll never concede a thing
Re: January 6, 2021: Insurrection or “normal tourist” visitation?
What else did the show trial sleuths find in their WH dumpster dive. Flynn & the Kraken leader were tolerated, not solicited. They were on the outside looking in. How you figured out where Flynn was on Jan 6 ? Was he in the Willard War Room, helping direct the insurrection ?

Keep hyperventilating over every scrap of irrelevant old news that's recycled. Re: January 6, 2021: Insurrection or “normal tourist” visitation?
I have a simple question for the coup apologists here.
What, exactly, is to be made of this:
‘The panel, though the letter, also shared that an unidentified member of the conservative House Freedom Caucus warned the White House if Trump followed through with his plans on Jan. 6, it would "drive a stake in the heart of the federal republic."‘
This is real. Really serious. Really bad.
So, what say you?

Don’t hold your breath if you’re waiting for OS. My bet is he didn’t relent re: Nixon until he and Pat were getting on the marine helicopter and leaving the South Lawn for the last time.PizzaSnake wrote: ↑Fri Jan 21, 2022 10:51 pm I have a simple question for the coup apologists here.

Re: January 6, 2021: Insurrection or “normal tourist” visitation?
Where have you been ? I condemned Trump for everything he did post-election day, which, imho, disqualifies him from ever holding office again. That's why I support tweaking the ECA to prevent another attempt to disrupt certification of an election & approve of what has been done to protect the Capitol from rioters in the future. Show us where I've apologized for the lame "coup" attempt.SCLaxAttack wrote: ↑Fri Jan 21, 2022 11:58 pmDon’t hold your breath if you’re waiting for OS.
