What troop level was there?
How much money was spent since then?
How many people were injured or lost their lives in the meantime?

Why'd he wait until the last minute.....having close to 7 months to plan? Especially, knowing it could take over a year with 30k....seems having only 3k to worry about, he figured....eff it, I can name that tune overnight. let's send it. Then leave behind weapons that can kill our grandchildren....which he made sure to convey while touching another woman and pointing in her face back in 2007.a fan wrote: ↑Sun Nov 07, 2021 12:25 pmWhen did Trump strike the deal to leave?youthathletics wrote: ↑Sun Nov 07, 2021 9:56 am Interesting video of Joe: https://twitter.com/senatormelendez/sta ... 73126?s=20

I think we both agree it was a mess and we both agree we are happy to be out of there. We expected better from someone that has been on the inside for so long, has been in touch with the military for so long.....it just leaves a bad taste the way in which it all transpired.

And yep, it was politically motivated as well.....partially to withdraw away from elections, and partially to keep the Generals and political considerations from changing the order to get out.
The point I was making was, from the time Trump announced we're leaving, until the point where the last man left was almost exactly a year, as Biden stated in the video. A moot point...I'll grant you that.

MSNBC recently has gone off the racist end. They ended hiring total kooks like Tiffany Cross and Roland Martin, not to mention the always endearing Joy Reid, who were either coached to say the most outlandish divisive racist stuff possible, or they sense that management can’t fire them owing to their race. The network today is a reckless clown show. I also watch it, because I love to know what the other side is thinking. And today folks, it’s pure cancer.
These fine Mensa minds’ newest move is to blame white Virginia suburban females for voting for Youngkin, because of course those soccer moms are white racists. And forget the black Lt Governor just elected, if you can…lol, who won by even more than Youngkin, because of the same ‘racist’ moms.
The good news is MSNBC will ultimately hurt the Democratic Party next fall, so I pray it continues. Their hysteria and exaggerated themes of race you can occasionally spot on Fanlax, but what you can be sure of is the insanity there on MSNBC will be followed here by a matter of months if not weeks.

Re: ~46~ Old Uncle Joe Biden ~46~
...and with as much respect as is warranted, tech's recitation is beyond shallow. Not only from the standpoint that it really ignores the situation on the ground as it had evolved and become so complex over decades of mismanagement by various US administrations and the military "minds" that were sucking at the defense department Golden Teat of endless, barely questioned funding for said decades...but also from the political angle that NO ONE this side of Covfefeville ever thought that Donald Frickin Trumplenumbnuts could accomplish ANY better outcome here, especially after the disastrous decision to negotiate directly with the terrorist Taliban, cutting out the corrupt Afghan government that had been propped up so long by the aforementioned political/military mismanagement...

Did you mean a fan's "recitation" or '72?
"72 simply said it wasn't going to happen any other way...in response to a fan's agreement that it was a s-show, for political reasons and to manage "the Generals" who were likely to resist. But his original point was simply that it really did take a year from when it was announced...and I'd add (and I think he was implying) neither POTUS got the equipment out. Trump certainly had an opportunity to do so and showed no interest in taking it slow and careful (right?). Biden clearly made the decision that it was a sacrifice he was willing to make as well, given the status he inherited.
Criticize both if you'd like.
What aspect is "weak", much less a talking point from CNN or MSNBC?
Re: ~46~ Old Uncle Joe Biden ~46~
... as predicted, the American people do not care. Their attention span is less than two months. The only people that care are the forever warriors like Tech. All that matters now is we are out.
As far as MSNBC and the rest of the Washington and New York media, they were total critics of Biden in leaving. It was goring their ox as well.

Bingo. This is one of the largest reasons that Biden did it the way he did it. It's out of the headlines completely. Politically smart.
And also strategically smart because: we're out.

Best to ask Billy Barr as it was his DoJ that opened the investigation - The FBI is DoJ's investigative agency.youthathletics wrote: ↑Mon Nov 08, 2021 2:31 pm Why is the FBI involved over a diary? https://www.cnbc.com/2021/11/06/fbi-exe ... under.html
"The Trump administration’s Justice Department, then led by Attorney General William P. Re: ~46~ Old Uncle Joe Biden ~46~
Some of you think I never post anything positive about Democrats. So let me disabuse you of that fake news.
Today, President Biden received last years NBA champs, the Milwaukee Bucks, at the White House. It’s one of those events where a professional team shows up and it’s fun or funny because it’s sweet and funny and ironic and patriotic.
One thing I disliked about Trump was his inability to cross over to that part of the black community which frankly saw him as a racist. I happen to think he’s not one, but perception is reality sometimes and outside the hockey teams, I don’t think any professional team showed up during Trump’s reign.
That was a shame because these are those moments which can bind a nation. I thought Biden does a good job at these. He’s like the sweet old grandfather type, and the Bucks players who spoke said some incredible things. Great speeches.
I love events like this regardless who’s in office. Biden did well. I want the next Republican President to recognize how impactful these events are. We need to make them happen. And we need to consider how we are perceived by those we often don’t think of.
