I mean there are problems there that even my sisters crowd is coming around on. I’ve even gotten her to believe short selling has a place as a participant by showing her research on Clover Health and Nikola from Hindenburg. But it’s still a beautiful city and anyone who’s been in a number of major metros (top 6-10) it’s still in solid shape. It’s cleaner then Atlanta and it’s certainly cleaner then a bunch of small cities and towns in some folks believe in the SE or TX that some acolytes here promote. Anyone been to Lubbock TX recently? Or Memphis? Or Rochester? Tampa Bay is grubbier than SF.

To your point, money is where truth is and prices are still going up so anyone making contrary claims is just wrong. Maybe dumb too but that’s case by case.

Maybe the next time you visit you should go out for a walk. That squishy feeling between your toes may not be what you think it is. FTR my sisters best friend use to live in San Francisco. She moved out 2 years ago and came back to live in Penn Yan. It was a "quality of life" decision. Whatever that means? I'm told that the village of Penn Yan does not have a "poop patrol"
