I got myself into a fine froth trying to figure out the big ACC transfer when Moonwater and AreaLax were onto Aldave all the while. I’m an amateur—what can I say

Andie Aldave is headed to Maryland. Moonwater wrote it over three hours ago and AreaLax noted Aldave's absence on the ND roster which is convincing. If I end up with egg on my face, it won't the first or last time.



Looks like Cathy Reese and the Terps are trying to do exactly what Belichick and the Patriots are doing. Trying to buy/build a title through free agency, only it's called the portal in women's college lacrosse. I don't think it will work for either team next year.

We know it’s Andie Aldave – we just don’t know where she’s going yet.

Does it do any harm to speculate? It’s part of what makes hot stove lacrosse fun. Not much else to talk about on a Friday night, at this address anyway.
