Re: All things CoronaVirus
The high penetration of vaccinations with older patients does appear to be keeping the deaths per day on a decline.
That said, those who have medical reasons to not be vaccinated and have real vulnerability may be in for a rough period again.
And any refuseniks who are older and/or compromised. Don't have a whole lot sympathy for that group nor their refusenik families who pass it to them. I don't like myself much for saying that, but it's how I feel.

i don't know anything about kevin na's stances on anything. but it's things like this that make it hard to be optimistic about our parh forward.
can't he come in and be tested? aren't the ones that are putting up barriers vaccinated? isn't golf outside? this kind of garbage reminds me how dumb smart people are.

Quite agree that this sounds colossally dumb...international medical passport is what's needed. But doesn't look like that's gonna happen for this pandemic...maybe by the tail end of it...
On the other hand, come on, it's not some random guy...look at his vaccine card; it's not like he's gonna lie about it.
And yeah, do a test a day after arrival to ensure didn't pick up virus en route.
Re: All things CoronaVirus
one article detailed a couple of the travel restrictions.
one was a player can travel with a caddie and 2 members of a travelling party. coach, trainer, translator, family member. if it's a family member, they have to follow uk quarantine procedures. but others don't.
because trainers and golfers and caddies don't have covid, and family members do.
not lost on any of this is a travelling party is much more likely to pick up covid in the uk than bring it in.
the kingdom's at 30k per day. are we in for 100-150k + in the next month? where and what are coming for restrictions and lockdowns? don't take my summer.
