Why would that help? Would remove an at large as MD would clearly be in.

PL has definitely caught up to Lehigh- their defense is struggling, too many turnovers and clearing has been a weekly adventure. Tangredi was out vs Colgate and is questionable for Sunday. I did see at the end of the game that Schelling went out and appeared to be in a lot of pain holding his shoulder. That would be a big loss if he can’t go vs Loyola.

This game will be very different then the 10-6 Lehigh win in April.

The impact of a covid extra year of eligibility -- Loyola & Lehigh each played 4 x 5th year grad students yesterday.
I wonder if they'll continue doing so the next 3 years.
The only other 5th yr PL grad student I could find was 1 at BU.

I’m guessing Lehigh will continue to have a number in the mix as grad students and/or those timing their course load to graduate in 4.5-5 yrs to get the extra season in. One, possibly two, seniors from this year’s class have said they will be coming back.

And CBSSN went with a smart programming move by airing the 2021 Pickleball Championship in place of the MLax PLT! Ya can't make this stuff up.

Hopefully both Loyola and Lehigh make it into the NCAAT...maybe a play-in at the least?
