the Terp player, but the ball had spin and actually went
out with the goalie closer.

No I actually just rewound the tape and watched it a few times. Hopkins was closer to the end like no doubt but also a good five yards inside laterally from wisnauskas, and the ball went out of bounds outside of where wisnauskas was. Camera angle is the worst you could have to try an eyeball it but Widnauskas was definitely closer.

Watching it on TV in real time it sure seemed wrong but it mightve just been the camera angle or the ball didn't go out where we all thought it did. Shouldve just found a way to keep our composure defensively and maintain the lead so it doesn't matter. Can't lose your man off ball, and can't let Bernhardt run through the D. Gotta hit em with your body there rather than playing a trail check.

Sure was a lot of the ball bouncing the wrong way today it felt like though. Tons of pipes in the early going, Wisnauskas absurd goal there at the end. Sucks to let this one get away, losing to the Terps is always annoying. But it changes little; still gotta win 3 straight either way. Build on the good that happened today and move on to the next.

It was a freak play and also the ref wasn’t in great
position, but it was Marcille’s ball.
Still, there were two minutes left, who knows what
would have happened regardless.
