I didn’t see it. Did the coroner conclude that Floyd died of natural causes?
Homicide, death caused by heart stress and lung failure. The rest of the experts said homicide with death caused by asphyxiation. What is relevant is they all say the knee to the throat triggered the death. The coroner to my mind concentrated on the autopsy result which showed a weak heart, he had no way of evaluating pulmonary function via autopsy. Everyone else concentrated on the problematic pulmonary function evident in the video. None of them believed fentanyl caused the death, corner saw no evidence in autopsy and no one saw evidence in the video.
Thanks. A few here say otherwise.

I do not believe anyone is saying fentanyl was THE cause of death, it was a ‘contributing factor’, based on what fentanyl does to the heart and breathing, coupled with the other narcotics in his system. Most certainly, the knee triggered and accelerated and exacerbated the situation based on his heart condition and the situation.

Damn shame, all of it.

If he wasn’t on Fennie he wouldn’t have died from his oxygen supply being cut off.... in my hometown, Fennie addicts would pick up, hit the highway running from the police while shooting up while driving....often ended up crashing with a needle stuck in their arms. My hometown had 3 pretty major highway interchanges. Dope heads would drive in from Trumpland and buy and then hit the road. I was home last year before Covid and saw a guy trying to light his crack pipe, while operating a standard transmission at a stoplight. I saw him in my rear view mirror...it was about 1:00 in the afternoon.... he had the pipe resting on the top of his steering wheel. I will never forget it. He looked like a ghoul

So are teams not going to play at all in Georgia this summer? Are they going to have to forfeit their away games when playing the Braves bc of all the players protesting and refusing to play? Asking for a friend .

This is absolutely horrible. This cop is a scumbag POS who has no business wearing a police uniform and being in a position to order people around. I hope this guy gets dismissed and ordered to lie in the public square where the entire town can pizz on his face...including dogs. Scroll down and watch the whole video from his body cam. Unbelievable.

New poll from Data for Progress and Vox finds that basically everyone — Democrat, Republican, young, old, white, black, brown — would feel safer with *more* police patrols in their neighborhoods.

Democrats Defund the Police was the dumbest slogan of all time. Par for the course for Democrats.

Only problem, they made matters worse. Now, fewer want to be in law enforcement and those that remain are spread too thin and have a target on them each step of their day. It's what happens when you pander and divide for votes...allowing a small voice of complaint to grow, in the name of polarizing racism. I believe Charles Barkley said it best last week...and of course there are idiots on the fringe of both sides, that will never go away.

A fraudulent intent, however carefully concealed at the outset, will generally, in the end, betray itself.
