I didn't lose interest. I'm worn out. This is no longer a place for a cordial, enlightening discussion. After Biden took office, I reduced posting on several issues & am trying to tune out. I've lost hope in some areas. I am seeking the serenity to accept that which I cannot change. Relieved that my family is probably personally secure for the rest of our days & I won't know the ultimate implications of many of the decisions now being made which trouble me.

I didn't lose interest. I'm worn out. This is no longer a place for a cordial, enlightening discussion. After Biden took office, I reduced posting on several issues & am trying to tune out. I've lost hope in some areas. I am seeking the serenity to accept that which I cannot change. Relieved that my family is probably personally secure for the rest of our days & I won't know the ultimate implications of many of the decisions now being made which trouble me.

I expected you to do precisely what you did....make events in a block or two in Portland seem like some enormous deal, because guys like you and Pete thought that pretending Antifa "was coming to get ya" was a certain strategy to win the election. So you broke out the hyperbole......pretending like every city in America had burned to the ground at the hands of Antifa, even though it was just a small, isolated protest in Portland.

And then when the election was over, the actual reason for all your hyperbole was gone.

So now you're back to treating the events with a far more rational "What the heck do I care if these idiots keep protesting in Portland?" stance.
