Hopefully Drexel can figure out how to livestream a game. The first couple from Vidas have been nothing short of abysmal. Isn’t Drexel a tech school? This shouldn’t be complicated.

Its SFBN, Sports Fan Base Network, the Portal
StretchInternet stream, they’re the provider, on a
shoestring budget, plus they teamed up with
NBC Sports Philly, so you’re talking about high
probability FUBAR.

Hopefully they don’t flub things up.

For good broadcasts, Hens All Access and LSN are
your best bets.

It's embarrassing that they actually broadcast this crappy stream on TV with NBC Sports Philadelphia. Halfway through the Towson game they just cut away to an infomercial. Pathetic.

I am not going to get my hopes up for tomorrow. I fully expect to see the same garbage stream on TV.

These cancellations are really going to screw with the likelihood of crowning a CAA champion on May 8th.

How many other conferences are going to be challenged to get to a championship in time for the NCAA Memorial Day finale?

Hofstra now has to make up two conference games midweek against teams (Towson and UMass) that are separated by a 4 to 5.5 hour bus ride. I hope that this is the last of the postponements. Getting to a May 8th finals on Long Island might become an impossibility. We shall see.

Maybe the CAA reverts back to their original idea.
All six teams in the tournament, that way these
postponed games don’t matter as much.

It matters little, but the pollsters sure have missed the
boat on Delaware.
They placed too much emphasis on that 1st game when
almost half the team was out.
I simply don’t see all that many teams in the 12-20
rank range that the Hens aren’t better than.
People will talk about that attack of course, but the
Hens are three lines deep at midfield.
We’ll have to wait for the head to head matchups,
Delaware, Hofstra, UMass to the end of the season,
so a lot to speculate about until those match ups.

Delaware won a bunch of the early face offs and just had their middies beat the SSDMs on Drexel. Most goals were clean shots inside of 10 yards. Hens just spread it out and the Dragons had no slides at all to the ball carrier. I don’t even remember one Hen ending on his ass after a goal. It looks pretty easy as they built a 12-3 lead into the half.

The second half the Dragons won a bunch of face offs but couldn’t stop UD from scoring. It was 19-9 with three minutes left.

I’m tired of hyping Owen Grant but he’s all-American caliber close defenseman.

At one point, the Live Stats had Delaware with a
27-11 shot advantage and a 9-1 face off advantage,
with the Drexel goalie at 1 save, final stats aren’t
up yet because of the Basketball tournaments.
