Getting this back to the first page.

UMass unfortunately won’t be playing until their
first CAA game, they have 9 days to get cleared,
gut reaction would be, I wouldn’t want to be first
up against UMass as you’d have to face all that pent
up energy, I’d think Cannella would have them come
out breathing fire, with a serious chip on their shoulder.

Hens look like the best in class here judging by
the games they were short as well as this last
game against St. Joe’s, final score notwithstanding.

Tigers, this past game, look a lot closer to the types
of teams I’m used to seeing from Towson, defensive- wise, Shane Brennan of course being the best example of this.

Hofstra goes as far as Ryan Tierney can carry them,
in addition to whether that defense can keep the
team in games, they obviously miss Eric Wenz.

Drexel and Fairfield play UMass twice each in CAA play,
Drexel’s first game is a CAA game though - interesting,
something different - Voelker decided to scrimmage
Salisbury, Fairfield gets to test themselves 1st against
Providence prior to their first CAA game.

Tierney might be the best player in the country that the average fan hardly ever sees. I always look forward to catching Hofstra when I can.

Great game.

Ryan Tierney with 8 goals and 4 assists !

Hofstra’s goalie with a very good game, made a lot
of saves,
Hofstra 20, Stony Brook 17, no defense really to speak of.

You are correct sir. He's going to be an even better pro. His style fits the PLL. He will be under drafted and then surprise.

So far this year: 17 G and 7 A in three games, including 8 and 3 today vs. SBU. He is incredibly accurate and efficient.

I’m watching the 4th quarter again,
Tierney really took over.

3rd Quarter.
Too bad, Tigers put the defensive clampdown on,
had the game under control,
Tigers ball, chance to tie it, one minute left.

But, a turnover, 11-10 Richmond over Tigers.

CAA this year is going to be a Fantastic Fight to the finish
Give every team a chance for different reasons
Its a Tough, Big Boys League.
Might not have firepower of ACC, but these young men bring it with 100 percent all the time

Delaware is 2 tickets per player for now hopefully opening up to general fans soon but I haven’t heard and updates recently.
