4-1
8-2 with a few to go in the first half. USC just seems a little listless. And SBU is killing USC at the draw.

Yeah, not very impressed with USC at either end of the field. Hoping for a better, more competitive second half.

Sigh....11-2. I was really hoping for a competitive nail-biter.

Correction: 12-2. Running time in a game I thought would be close. And the color guy keeps saying "free possession shot." Shoot me.

14-2. Kennedy is deadly on the FPS.

USC has a throwing and catching problem. It's a little painful to watch.

Yup, had to tune it out. Tough spot for USC playing so few hours after landing and coming in from the west coast.
Oh well, Cuse up next for Seawolves.

Joe's getting the bench into the game now.

15-3 final.

That was exactly my reaction. Almost jaw-dropping in their inability to catch and throw.

this is the point I was trying to make in a different thread - we know these kids are great players and can certainly catch & throw. There is such a disparity in the state of readiness between teams at this point, it really makes a difference.

Agree, 8meter, it's a really wacky season but I guess we're lucky to have that.
Throw on top of that these girls just got off a plane in a different time zone
not too many hours before this game. Not an ideal situation for anyone.

Yeah, this game was proof positive of your thesis. It’ll be interesting to see the transformation of some of these teams in April.

Didn't catch this game. Is there anything to take away about SBU? Offensive and/or defensive improvements since their first time out down in Chapel Hill?

Really hard to get a read on either Team. 21 Turnovers for USC and 10 shots is no bueno. Looked completely unprepared for this game and you could maybe chalk some of it up to travel. Not sure it was SB d that did it. Many TOs were unforced. Offensively Ohlmiller had one of her better games and Kennedy looked good also.
