DeSimone with 3 goals - all fairly remarkable/highlight type shots.

1. Curl around the goal
2. Falling away low to high
3. GB flick with 1 to shoot

Deso looks good. Same old munchkin midfield. What is Baskin contributing?

Better on both ends. Happy that Deso is thriving on A. Unfortunate that he wasn't allowed to play his game the past 3 years.

keogh looks like the others but has always seemed capable, could maybe even add to WAR with opportunities. and he's been nicked up at times?

Is this the first EMO for either team?

Well nevermind. Would it have been? I don’t remember either team being man up so far.

Hop was man-up in the first half, but took a quick shot and turned it over

30 sec hold in first half.

Promptly blown - someone wound up in the crease.

How many touches has even Cole had, my lord, and the shot selection is a mystery. There is definite improvement form the first half, but need to value those emotional possessions.

Rutgers just beat Penn State. 11-9 is the final.

Middle of the Big Ten is going to be a logjam.

Glad to see Hopkins at least didnt lie down. Its clear as day that Hopkins just doesnt have the athletes that Ohio State has. Honestly the athletic difference is striking. Definitely a result of Petro recruiting 15 year olds, but hopefully under the new coaching staff they will start recruiting athletes again.

If we play like we did in the 2nd half of this game next week against Michigan, I think we will win.

One step at a time. Beating Michigan is not our ultimate goal as a program, but it’s a start.

You play whoever is next on your schedule and do your best, improving each week.
