Perhaps we're losing our way in semantics. I can watch games that were recorded months ago, in their entirety, with no limit on storage. Whatever that's called, it's a helluva great feature. I never had this much storage of DVR recorded (or whatever you want to call it) games when I had cable. I was constantly seeing messages informing me that I would have to delete something to make room for the game I wanted to record. And I was continually having to find the games as they became available so I could set the DVR (whatever) provided with the cable service to record each game. Now it's one click, at the beginning of the season, and I don't have to think about anything. ALL the games get recorded automatically and stored, without space limit, for a whole year. Whatever you want to call that--it's the Mac Daddy for watching lacrosse. AND I can cancel anytime I want with no need to return equipment, etc.10stone5 wrote: ↑Tue Feb 02, 2021 3:43 pmThat’s not unlimited DVR,Cletus wrote: ↑Tue Feb 02, 2021 3:29 pmThere's no way to dump it. It comes standard with YTTV. To be able to click "record all NCAA Lacrosse games" and have ALL the games automatically recorded and saved (for a year) is a priceless feature. What if you want to go back and view a contested play? Sure helps to be able to do that when the point-counter-point gets hot and heavy on these boards. I'm telling you--for lacrosse nuts, I haven't found a better deal.

that’s just a stream archive.
If you don’t have a box, you don’t need unlimited DVR.

Re: Lacrosse on TV
the tv story is going to be who gets the recruiting/brand/alumni exposure that the ivy not playing, the b1g staying in conference, and the limited schedules of other contenders provide. I think a lot of these robert morrises, utahs, bellarmines, mercers, etc are going to get big opportunities to showcase their programs to and schools to kids around the country. Recruits already know what a duke is, but this is a once in a non tournament run chance to really reach new folks.

Question. And pardon if this has been asked and answered elsewhere, it's been almost 2 years since since we've had to go through this and have not kept up on what requires subscription and what does not.
Below is the link I found for the Denver/Duke game, It appears as if it free to watch over the web. Is it safe to assume it is indeed free, or is it going to prompt me with a subscription come start time?
https://www.espn.com/watch/player/_/id/ ... %3Aresults

YA, I might be wrong, but I think you need a subscription to the ACC Network to access the game through ESPN. I would love to be wrong here. The little key (in the link below) makes me think we gotta subscribe and pay.youthathletics wrote: ↑Fri Feb 05, 2021 8:55 am Question. That is why I was asking and had me scratching my head. The link I provided appears as if it will start playing at game time, your link has the key, which I also found when I logged in to my ESPN Plus account.seacoaster wrote: ↑Fri Feb 05, 2021 9:00 amYA, I might be wrong, but I think you need a subscription to the ACC Network to access the game through ESPN. They’re still missing a lot of non mainstream
coverage, many non ESPN, BTN, ACCN streaming
services will be providing coverage, some LSN
games have been noted.
This listing is also starting to pick up on
games of interest, streamed from schools.

Re: Lacrosse on TV
Because I have XFinity and use a friends log in to their Direct TV account to watch the ACC Network, is the ACCN Extra another channel availabel via Direct TV or is only available via an App.
All these darned different flavors of ESPN and ACC are getting tough to solve, based on network provider.

for additional pay, I understand you can get ACC network
extra included with Hulu stream, but I don’t have it
included with Youtube TV stream.
