@KevinKikugawa24 Only 2 COVID+ tests in the 2020 campaign for over 170 people in our bubble. None in @B1Gfootball play. County infection rate as high as 16%. The entire program, including families, navigated this pandemic as one. Truly remarkable. Put me in a foxhole with @NUFBFamily any day!
the greatest medical institution in the world /lacrosse program in the sport can't green light a season but northwestern can finish top 10 first time since cold war+get 170 person program healthy through one.
Whatever they're paying shanahan et al is too much.

You honestly have to respect his dedication and commitment to always being the worst poster. That level of consistency is truly almost impossible to match.HopFan16 wrote: ↑Sat Jan 02, 2021 11:49 amHow are your posts so consistently this badjhu06 wrote: ↑Fri Jan 01, 2021 10:32 pm Kevin Kikugawa

Per Lacrosse Bucket twitter
Royal Bay Secondary (B.C.) Middie Alec Billings choosing Johns Hopkins last night marked the third former Cornell commit to follow Peter Milliman to JHU since his hiring in Apr.
Re: Johns Hopkins 2021
a college football program at a school 2x the size of homewood as of last july was able to come up w/a plan to get their 170 people to safely play an entire season. Shanahan and team had almost a year and can't figure it out.HopFan16 wrote: ↑Sat Jan 02, 2021 11:49 amHow are your posts so consistently this badjhu06 wrote: ↑Fri Jan 01, 2021 10:32 pm Kevin Kikugawa

Re: Johns Hopkins 2021
Is there something special about d1 mens lacrosse that prevents them from finding a way to keep 55 kids+support staff from playing when they were able to do that w/their fall/winter sports?
There are larger issues here that I'm fascinated by and I wish we had more lacrosse writers and people writing about Hopkins in general. For the big 10 schools they have a whole different world view they're looking at compared to us that I can only begin to scratch the surface at trying to understand. For us there are concerns and questions I haven't seen in the media. Such as if they let the b1g lacrosse sports play what about the d3 stuff? And that's just a start.
this article was on my twitter about the aging demographics of college sports fans and donors and how schools are trying to address that. It focuses on maryland as a case study.

What exactly is the issue? That no one has personally called you to relay specific details of a spring lacrosse season?jhu06 wrote: ↑Sat Jan 02, 2021 9:59 pmIs there something special about d1 mens lacrosse that prevents them from finding a way to keep 55 kids+support staff from playing when they were able to do that w/their fall/winter sports?

Are you going to delete all these posts when there is a lacrosse season or are you going to pretend like you never wrote them and just move onto the next straw man to complain about?

-I'm happy to own my stuff. I remember during a home loss in 2006, maybe the first one they'd had in a long time, I started booing next to the press box and Chris Watson got a little upset w/me. The good old days.
-Our friend terry foy who has worked on coverage of every hopkins season for a long time is trying to raise some $ for some in the game in need.

Yes - there is (along with all the other non revenue sports) - NO ONE CARES
You act like the entire world has gone on with sports like Ron DeSantis is the sports czar or something and Hopkins and lacrosse is the only program/sport that can't figure it out
There's billions worth of dead presidents incenting people to figure out how to keep football and basketball alive
Awesone - I don't know what's more incredulous that you would boo a team that just had its 37 home game winning streak broken or that you would "own" it.

06 seems like he really wants to see some lacrosse.
Me? If it happens, it happens. My first priority is always safety. And I’ve been in some hairy deals that have always made me think safety first. Hell, we found UXO last year, within 10 feet of us, and I looked around and realized one of our tire tracks was within two feet of the thing. What to do? Follow protocol, call EOD, let the authorities deal with it.
This will all sort itself out in time.
Personally, I’m going to do what I did last year: follow the National Rugby League (NRL) in Australia. In particular, this team:

cool logo for the eels - if you look at the Cronulla Sutherland Sharks you'll see familiar color schemes and less garish backgrounds

Would've thought like Robert California after leaving dunder mifflin scranton you would've taken an interest in Central European ice dancing or something.
