Has anyone heard anything about who might be taking the Tampa Assistant?

Rumor has it they promoted from within the staff.

I heard something similar. I heard their posting was for a PT varsity assistant JV HC, but that whipp was willing to make other moves for a more qualified candidate.

I guess he didn’t find a candidate he thought was qualified.

I guess he didn’t find a candidate he thought was qualified.

I was actually told there was some significant interest. Whipple wanted to reward his assistant for being there for 3 years.

I know he gets his fair share of hate on these boards (some of it is deserved), but Whipp is a good guy who is very loyal.
