Trump threatens to wreak havoc on GOP from beyond the White House
Many conservatives perhaps wishing the state level prosecutions go forward to divert this wrecking ball of a man from turning on the GOP after he gets booted out of the Oval Office??

Here's an example of how the laws can be gamed & ballots can be sent to a dead person's address.old salt wrote: ↑Mon Nov 23, 2020 1:47 pmThose are just the states where existing laws make it automatic. Voter rolls are culled, from time to time, of voters who have passed away. Might some ballots still be mailed to dead people? Yes, but the numbers are quite small. The most relevant issue, though, is what happens to those ballots. The huge majority will be either returned or simply thrown away. I suspect very, very few would actually be fraudulently cast. It is a felony after all. Plus you’d have to do a darn good job of forging a signature when you might not have a genuine one to copy.
I suspect the large number of people who move will put in a change of address. If they don’t, as above, few, if any, ballots will be fraudulently cast.
If someone doesn’t intend to vote, then they can simply discard the ballot.
All in all, I suspect the number of ballots that would be fraudulently cast would be minuscule at most.
MD is not on your list of 9 states, but we got unsolicited ballots in the mail,

...some of these unsolicited applications have been sent to the deceased or people who no longer live at that address, a sign that these organizations are using outdated mailing lists.

It’s Time To Consider Sanctions for Trump’s Legal Team
..
Biden’s election victory has been recognized by every major media outlet, including Fox News, most international leaders, and all objective observers. Yet, Trump’s lawyers continue to file, press, and appeal suit after suit to support the president’s desperate effort to cling to power. While we support any campaign’s right to pursue valid legal claims, case after case has shown that there is no factual basis to support the efforts here, which are clearly intended to undermine confidence in election results and democratic institutions. It is a shameful irony that the profession charged with upholding the rule of law has so many members intent on helping a client subvert it.
Courts and state bars have power to punish and deter such misconduct. Judges have the inherent authority to discipline lawyers and can also impose financial sanctions under Rule 11. And when lawyers misbehave, state bars can impose stiff penalties, up to and including disbarment. With that power to demand compliance with ethical rules, comes a responsibility to act on violations. If ever there was a time for the bar to take that responsibility seriously, the time is now.

Trump cares about Trump. Period. He does not care about the GOP, GOP voters, or otherwise.

Rudy and Jenna blew the deadline...that they established when they made their motion for expedited consideration. Waiting on the 4:00 PM brief....

Thank you, been saying that for years. Trump was paying money to damn near every democrat in NYC at one time or another. How the hell trump pretended to be a republican is beyond me?youthathletics wrote: ↑Mon Nov 23, 2020 3:57 pmThat is b/c he is a democrat to the core...always has been.

The survey found that Trump's job approval rating dipped from 46 percent just before Election Day to 43 percent earlier this month.
The polling firm noted that he garnered a 90 percent job approval rating among Republicans following the election, down from 95 percent before voters went to the polls.
Thirty-nine percent of independents approved of the president in the new survey, compared to 41 percent prior to the election. His 3 percent approval rating among Democrats was unchanged.

No, Fantasy Captain. He’s the head of your party, the party that would, if it could, unlawfully overturn the results of an election in which 80,000,000 people voted against your Dear Leader. Now that Michigan has certified, I suspect Trump will invite Sid back onto the team as it seems her “the aliens did it” theory is his best remaining argument.
