Not Secure — fanlax.com
Is, “Not Secure” in the web address a concern; or, no worries?
The parent, not the coach.
Re: Not Secure — fanlax.com
It means that there is no certificate and encrypted connection. That means that someone sniffing packets could potentially see a password passing by, but this is not a highly common attack for a site like this.Jim Malone wrote: ↑Wed Nov 18, 2020 11:41 am Is, “Not Secure” in the web address a concern; or, no worries?
Could be fixed by the purchase of a certificate and turning on the requirement to use the encrypted https connection instead of the http unencrypted one.
After checking it out - you can access the pages here with https://fanlax.com/... - so there is a certificate. Just not the requirement that the site use the encrypted connection...
