Agreed upon the governors, some are in a different league when it comes to the balancing part, that league is the MINOR leagues.
For every person like you who thinks that States should be MORE open, you'll find one person who thinks we should be LESS open.
So which side do you propose each State listen to? Because no matter the choice, millions will think the choice is "wrong".

Anybody seen Mike Pence today?
Re: All things Chinese CoronaVirus
So the much hyped Tucker interview with Trump, which was supposed to include an on camera Covid test, fell almost as flat as Geraldo’s opening of Al Capone’s vault.
Tucker didn’t even do the interview. He stayed sequestered in his Maine studio.
The interview was done by some Fox doctor who was in New York. Trump was at the White House. They didn’t allow a Fox camera crew to film Trump, likely due to Covid concerns.
But the big headline is there was no test administered on camera. Seems pretty obvious the reason for that is Trump probably failed the test they did before the cameras started rolling.
The Fox interviewer did not ask when Trump had last tested negative. (Pretty clear that that was quite some time ago.) Trump said he has been retested (didn’t say when the test or tests were administered). Said he hasn’t found out the results (yeah, right), but claims he is “either at the bottom of the scale or free.” Bottom of the scale sounds to me like he is still testing positive which is also consistent with Trump having failed the pre-interview test.
In fairness (and you Trumpists know I always try to be fair), Trump looked better than he has since before his positive test was first announced. Looks close to his normal self. Didn’t really see any shortness of breath.

man, these red states with growing cases and hospitalizations really aren't helping the President.
Shouldn't they be doing less testing, less case reporting?
Deaths must be getting exaggerated in these states too, hospitals must need the money...

Naahhh masks don’t help. It’s just virtue signaling and a way to infringe upon people’s rights not to wear a mask. Mask-less Lives Matter

We are an open society. We don’t have to wear a mask if we don’t want to.

Nope, not at all...but of course had Trump done that, it would be the news story of the weekend here on fanlax and major media outlets. Just pointing out how nitpicking happens.Typical Lax Dad wrote: ↑Sat Oct 10, 2020 10:16 amYep. Joe is like your average Joe. Like the guy down at the bar...Like Trump. Just being a regular guy. Funny I was talking to a friend just yesterday about people who remove their mask to sneeze and how it defeats the purpose. Not flaunting mask wearing just clueless. Joe was clueless. Now these folks have standards after 4 years without?MDlaxfan76 wrote: ↑Sat Oct 10, 2020 10:29 amhmmm, Joe made an error unconsciously...Trump?youthathletics wrote: ↑Sat Oct 10, 2020 10:24 amNope, not at all...but of course had Trump done that, it would be the news story of the weekend here on fanlax and major media outlets. I took it that you think the criticism of Trump is unwarranted or overblown, and that Biden's transgression is actually equivalent, and thus, the media should make a similar big deal out of Biden's transgression or neither should be critiqued.
Perhaps that wasn't your point when you wrote "Follow Joe's lead, not the science".
Seems to me that Trump is consciously endangering hundreds and thousands at a crack, and has consciously and publicly encouraged others to do things expressly against CDC guidance, even at times in direct contravention with local law.
Joe's unconscious miscue doesn't seem to be even on the same scale or spectrum, much less remotely equivalent.
But hey, maybe your point was something else?
Perhaps you were saying that the "nitpicking" of Joe's miscue, by whatever media source fed you that clip, is total BS?
