In Portland :
https://www.wweek.com/news/courts/2020/ ... rotesters/

Of the 550 protest cases that have been referred to the district attorney's office between May 29 and Aug. 10, 417 were misdemeanors, and 133 were felonies. The most common misdemeanor charge was interfering with a peace officer (313 cases), and the most common felony charge was riot (44 cases).

After reviewing the 550 cases, the DA's office now plans to prosecute 47, all of which are felony cases. An additional 86 felony cases are still pending.

"The district attorney's office will presumptively decline to pursue criminal charges which result solely from the participation in a protest or mass demonstration," Schmidt said.

Crimes that will not be prosecuted include: interfering with a peace officer, disorderly conduct in the second degree, criminal trespass in the first or second degree, escape in the third degree, and harassment and riot when it isn't accompanied by a charge separate from this list.

Rioters, looters & protesters who assault, must be arrested, charged, detained & prosecuted, or they will continue.
They've been doing that this entire time, OS.

How many more mugshots does Pete need to post for you?

You likely don't read the links, so let me help:

Arrested at the violent Portland #antifa protest & released without bail

But if you really want something to chew on., try this:

 I'll bite: what is your complaint here? Those who committed felonies...you know, the stuff you're actually complaining about, are getting prosecuted.
El Bandito and Old Admiral want the protestors arrested. It should be against the law.
Prosecute only felonies ? Would that include misdemeanor possession of a deadly weapon by a minor ?
He was just a kid having fun, cleaning graffiti, protecting a friend's business & offering first aid to protesters.

How come for a fan and MD, it's 'just kids being kids' when you're a 30 year old multiple times convicted child rapist who throws Molotov cocktails at cop's heads, but when an actual kid, Kyle Rittenhouse, defends himself from certain death, that kid is a stone cold killer?

It's almost like Democrats don't have any consistent thoughts...

Still playing this game weeks later, are we?

It was in response to your nonsense that every city in America was on fire, and doing everything you can to make it seem like that's what's happening. And of course, TrumpLand is doing it----so you can't help yourself but to do what Trump tells you to do.

You get killed. He's dead. As for the other molotov thrower in NYC? She's awaiting trial, as she should be. No one thinks otherwise, outside of the same fringe elements in America who think it's cool to kill black men for no reason.

Nope. I blamed the poor kid for making an idiotic decision....and for the Kenosha police enabling his behavior. You know, the same enabling behavior that you all are complaining about from the police and politicians in Portland.

Roger Stone Recommends Trump Dictatorship if Trump Loses

Post by DocBarrister »

Roger Stone, whose 40-month prison sentence for lying to Congress and witness tampering in the Russia investigation was commuted by Donald Trump, has said Trump should seize total power and jail prominent figures including Bill and Hillary Clinton and Mark Zuckerberg if he loses to Joe Biden in November.

... In an interview broadcast on Saturday night, Trump told Fox News he would happily “put down” any leftwing protests.

“We’ll put them down very quickly if they do that,” he told Jeannine Pirro.

“We have the right to do that. We have the power to do that if we want. Look, it’s called insurrection. We just send in and we, we do it very easy. I mean, it’s very easy. I’d rather not do that, because there’s no reason for it, but if we had to, we’d do that and put it down within minutes, within minutes.”

Remember, Trump actually listens to Roger Stone.

And there is really only one way to put down protests “within minutes” ... shooting the protesters.

Anyone still doubt that Trump may be willing to order deadly violence against Americans to stay in power?

A Democratic BLM supporter shot and possibly killed two LA county sheriffs last night.

Let us know where the Trump supporters caused violence last night.

Thanks.

For the record PB, they do not know who did the shooting or why yet. The reaction from protesters at the hospital was as equally repulsive as the shooting down of these officers. I expect much repudiation on both elements from the more FLP folks on this forum concerning these disturbing events. The other hand it might just be spun as "no big deal"

Well we know he wasn’t a white supremist.

But let’s skip past the obvious, that he is BLM, isn’t the (for sure) BLM action at the hospital arguably worse? Trying to deny cops the right to be treated by doctors?

And there is zero doubt that many Democrats openly embrace the nihilism. If you can’t see that, you aren’t paying attention.

I'm am waiting and hoping that whoever did the shooting is apprehended quickly. The actions of a few "peace loving" protesters outside the hospital ER are vile and disgusting. I am sure their actions will be repudiated on this forum by most everyone. There are a few posters here who will bend over backwards to explain to everyone that the protesters message is being "misunderstood"

The “highly honored Bay of Pigs Award” winning Moron:

Serious question: why is it OK that he just makes stuff up? The corrosion of “values” used to matter to “conservatives” and the faux religious. What happened?

No wonder DOPUS' campaign is short cash - they are paying actors to show up at his rallies -- paying extra for certain stuff and NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

https://cincinnati.craigslist.org/evg/d ... 38111.html

"Upcoming spots remain $12.00 per hour.
3 different locations... dates will be announced shortly.

Must be able to hold sign and stand and cheer.

Trump 2020 signs will be supplied.
$2 more per hour if you are wearing a pro Trump shirt.

Come show your support!"

won't be so long until they pay extra to NOT wear masks.
