Turley may be the single most discredited person in Washington.
Ha! So what? If true, that would certainly be a badge of honor.

Discredited by whom, the Resistance? What a joke...

Oh please. His testimony before Congress was laughable to everyone but the silliest, hardest-core Trump toady. The guy is the embodiment of a hack. This is where you'd pull out the big guns and tell people to "get some help."

Sorry, he’s no longer a legitimate critic of anyone. He’s just worn himself out, almost always wrong in matters of judgment. This one you posted is a quiet little screed asserting the Obama gets a media pass. So what? I’d like to think this stuff is beneath you. Maybe it’s not.

Discredited by anyone who can read and write.

Tech, you , OS, YA, 6ft, and the rest of the Deep Staters have all told us that you're 100% ok with, as Turley put it ""national security powers being used to target the political opponents of an administration."

You already said that's fine. You guys think that Obama used US intel to target his political opponent, right? Well, you've already told us, in no uncertain terms, that the the response to that allegation is: "So what?, that's not illegal", when Trump did it to Hunter and Joe Biden. You thought the impeachment for doing that was insane. That they were out of their minds to care about that.

So now you guys have left yourselves without an ethical leg to stand on. So for moderates like me? Even if you prove your wildest, most ridiculous theories? You have told me to not care. That I would be INSANE to care about that.

So you're left with the rest of you fellow partisans....telling each other that little D's are bad. Meanwhile, none of the rest of us care anymore, because you've told us not to care.

So when this Turley guy rants with the now patented "the MSM is covering this up", nonsense? Look in the mirror. You TOLD America to not care about this stuff. Nobody's fault but yours.

Rudy doesn't work for the FBI, CIA, DIA or NSA. Nor does he have access to their assets & a complicit, unskeptical MSM.

Bill Barr does. And he's been working with Giuliani according to Barr himself.

Who cares right? You think that playing games with "oh, that's a different Federal Department investigating Hunter" throws me off the BS here?

A MSM that YOU told no to care about this stuff. Blame yourself if you want to blame someone. America has tuned out. This happened four years ago, and no one cares.

Oh, my ears and eyes wide open. That's your, and the rest of your tinfoil Deep Staters entire problem here.

Republicans taught America that a President investigating his political opponent is just no big deal. Part of his job.

So now you're upset with me that Americans and the Media agree with you on this point, and simply tune out your Deep State nonsense?

You did this to yourself. Pity you chose to not hold Trump to the same standard you're thrusting on Obama.

...& if anything was found, it'll be revealed by Durham. What they were doing was out in the open & covered by a critical, skeptical MSM, as it took place. Barr said the FBI & DoJ have the reqmt to follow up on credible tips, just like the tips on Manafort that DNC staffer Chalupa delivered from her Ukrainian friends.

Who cares right? You think that playing games with "oh, that's a different Federal Department investigating Hunter" throws me off the BS here?
The difference = Barr told us what he was doing.

Your usual cop out.

The MSM does not explore or inform the public of what you dismiss as "Deep State nonsense".

You did this to yourself. Pity you chose to not hold Trump to the same standard you're thrusting on Obama.
Thanks to the MSM scrutiny, Trump called off Rudy, gave up on Ukraine & was impeached.
The MSM was briefed by Steele, Glenn Simpson & (we're just learning) Brooking's President Strobe Talbot (Clinton's Russian Amb).

Here comes "October surprise", from the white house of course...

Appearing on Fox Business Network on Tuesday morning, Meadows told host Maria Bartiromo that while he was unable to provide an update on the progress of Durham’s investigation, he could confirm that he has seen “additional documents” confirming that— “at worst”—several individuals had engaged in still-unspecified illegal activities for which they should go to jail.

Wonder which member of Durham’s team or DOJ employee will be prosecuted for these illegal leaks to Meadows?

Oh, wait . . . .

As Tucker would say from his Unabomber cabin in Maine, leaks for me but not for thee.

Before the frothy tv lawyers get all lathered up. it could be declassifications for a document dump that is not evidence in any Durham proceeding.

And what proceeding would this “document dump” be in?

Or, it could simply be an unauthorized leak.

It wouldn't have to be part on any proceeding. It might be govt comms of officials he mentioned, that Durham told the DoJ did not need to be witheld from public release. It could be an indication that those named will not be indicted, but that they violated protocols or acted unethically, in Meadow's view. Proof of "spying" that was not likely to yield an indictment or result in conviction if prosecuted.

Like Trump and his campaign team working with the Russians to win an election didn’t yield a conviction or even a prosecution

There would be no legitimate reason to declassify documents uncovered by Durham unless they were needed to be disclosed as part of a proceeding. You don’t just declassify internal communications for no reason.

Seems obvious the declassification was done for political reasons. Entirely wrong.

Maybe in response to a request by a Senate Committee in their oversight role.
Things are routinely declassified all the time if there's no longer a valid reason to keep them classified.
