I thought Dox was going to play football at Villanova this fall and get his masters from there? How is he on UVA's 2021 roster?

Interesting. I believe CAA postponed Football and look to play it in the spring.10stone5 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 18, 2020 12:30 pm Aitken is on Villanova’s roster,

Re: 2021 Rosters Up ?
Hey, why not. It was always pretty preposterous to have him switch schools to play football in the fall, explicitly telling Nova that he was only coming for a semester to play 1-AA football and then withdraw, then head back to UVA for lax. If you can torture that into fitting into the rules and spirit of college then why not be enrolled at both next spring and play football for Nova and lax for UVA. He has been at UVA long enough, he knows the plays, he could just show up for games, summer ball style. As his bio notes, he played 26 games with Haverford as a senior, he could handle two sports.AreaLax wrote: ↑Tue Aug 18, 2020 12:56 pmInteresting. Last year's seniors were not allowed to stay. Not all the Ivies took that route, but Dartmouth did.10stone5 wrote: ↑Thu Aug 20, 2020 1:21 am Dartmouth 2021 roster is up, less freshmen.

We like the quality of the in-bound freshmen class a lot, but of course the pandemic puts everything in question as to who makes it to campus this year and of course whether there's even a season in 2021.
The freshmen have not yet been added to the online roster.
From Coach Callahan.
Dear Friends,
I am thrilled to announce the incoming class of Dartmouth men's lacrosse players. This group of 12 young men will provide help in key areas on the field, as well as being positive additions off the field. They will be a valuable piece to our program’s success and I am excited to see what they are able to help us accomplish.

Re: 2021 Rosters Up ?
Yup, you do hear it more quietly at times, rarely in a release though...means they were able to get in without needing to take an athletic slot but are expected to make the roster or at least have a solid shot of doing so.
They have some interesting potential, perhaps not as well developed as some of the other guys at least to my eye based solely on videos. Huh looks like he has some jets, Proulx looks like he has some serious physicality potential, so who knows. Both guys have played in good programs, and have some decent lax skills, so it's good to see them get a shot. Interesting 'diversity' additions as well.
Of course, let's just hope there's a 2021 season.
