So can we assume that in your family you celebrate conception day rather than birth day? That children are named as soon as the pregnancy is discovered? That you hold funerals for miscarried children? That tombstones show conception date rather than birth date?

That photograph is laughable, and blaming it on the state guidelines doesn't help or give anyone more confidence in the system. What are they thinking in Georgia?? There are ways to make it safer if you really want to hold in school classes - this sure as hell isn't an example.
