I don't think things are going to work out well in Portland. Their police department is incapable of handling the situation. They should ask for help from the feds. The city will be in smoldering ruins before that ever happens. IMO the problem is the feds just acting on their own volition. I don't understand what the plan is. As far as I concerned, Portland is FUBAR right now. The folks that run the city have let the anarchists have their way. This is not about peaceful protests anymore.
