Most people are waiting for the white smoke to come out of the chimney before posting anything.

It sounds like Nadelen is probably the front runner, but I wouldn't be surprised to hear Mr. Murphy's name at the press conference.

There isn't going to be a press conference. Where did people get that idea?

Also: It's not going to be Murphy.

Why not? Any inside info or more speculation?

There’s a little boy joke in there I can’t bring myself to type....
Now I love those cowboys, I love their gold
Love my uncle, God rest his soul
Taught me good, Lord, taught me all I know
Taught me so well, that I grabbed that gold
I left his dead ass there by the side of the road, yeah

Two recent new stories on JHU and the steps they are taking to save $$ under the COVID-19 crisis. How does this impact the lacrosse program for 2021 season?

“Former New York mayor Michael R. Bloomberg announced Sunday he is giving a record $1.8 billion to Johns Hopkins University to support student financial aid at his alma mater and make its admissions process “forever need-blind.”

Welcome, Coach Milliman! :)

By the way, I’m willing to wager that Coach Petro was among the first to hear the news and among the first to congratulate, Coach Milliman.

Now, if I can only get Autocorrect to stop changing Milliman to “Milligan.” Who the hell is Milligan and why is Autocorrect so in love with him?!?

Any chance Teat comes along for the ride? Epstein, Teat, Grimes, Murphy would be fun to watch.

Let's work with what we got and/or who we got coming in. Why bring outsiders. Epstein, Grimes and Murphy will be more "fun to watch".

Milliman was 28-10 as head coach at Cornell, won the Ivy tournament and made the NCAA quarterfinals his first year, was 5-0 and ranked #2 in the country this past season. Also of note, his teams were 2-1 vs. Penn State, 2-1 vs. Syracuse, 2-0 vs. Towson, 1-1 vs. Princeton, beat Notre Dame last year, and beat Ohio State this year. Albeit in a small sample size, has had some success against common opponents.

I doubt Teat comes back for another year, but if a former First Team All-American attackmen wants to join your squad, "why bring in outsiders" should not be your mindset; the mindset should be "welcome"

That was my second question, Teat.
A perfect situation.

Normally when that subject comes up, I’m referring to the blossoming of spring bosoms.

In this case, I’ll make an exception for this kind of Teat.

Apparently you never played a team sport. Does bringing a top guy in from the school the new head coach is from for a fifth year sound like success to you?

You guys must have been the bench warmers when you played. The guys that looked up to the ones that were really part of the team. While those fought for time and position, you were making sure the team’s stats were recorded correctly while you wore a team jersey with the # nobody wanted. Now I get it.
