Nothing in the story supports her recent digital penetration allegation. At best, it is consistent with the stuff she mentioned last year.
It is interesting me that Pete and Reade seem to be the only ones beating this drum. Gee, I wonder why Trump wouldn’t want the voters to focus on whether the candidates sexually assaulted women?
All he did was grab her by the p*ssy. That ground has been covered and the voters don’t care. Move on.
When you're the so-called and self-styled 'the Party for women' and you've run on slogans like 'believe all women', I don't think this feigned look of not caring about credible assault allegations committed by your standard-bearer are the nothing-burger you plainly want them to be.
I was concerned initially this story would die out (as I argued with a fan), and I was right to an extent. The MSM has ignored it completely. But independent media are staying at it and doing the heavy lifting here, and ultimately will force the MSM to cover this. The Tara Reade story will now be brought up in debates, for sure.
The risk for the Democratic Party (beyond the Party's brazen hypocrisy, but that's another story) is independent media keep digging, and more drips of corroborating information keep coming.
Can Trump overcome this stuff? Sure. Can Joe? No way. Two different setups, and you can call it unfair all you like, but the reality is your Party brought this all on yourselves.
