No, Orange are just not moving well. They're too bunched up at times. We rely too much on shooting off defenders and not enough on cutters.

Gary's the master of calling plays with little time left. Can't wait to see what he draws up.

4-0 halftime. Did anyone think it was going to be this low scoring an affair? When was the last time Maryland got shut out in the first half of any game?

Yeah, that sequence was forgetful...

SU up 4-0 at the half. As with Stony Brook and Northwestern, this team could be up by a lot more. Offense needs to figure it out.

It's a low scoring affair because the SU offense keeps tripping itself up. Much of the same problems seen in the SB and NU games are showing up yet again in this one.

Maryland looks completely lost on offense. They have no idea how to figure out the Orange defense at this point. When they have Asa’s been there to stop them. Pretty solid half for the defense.

This has not been the Maryland-Syracuse matchuo we're accustomed to. Ugly, sloppy lacrosse. Syracuse looks good when they get it right but has mostly just been ok. Maryland has looked ok at their best.

Looked like it was going to be an interesting play with the ball on one side and everyone else on the other side of the goal.

This is a schadenfreude game for me. I just want Maryland to lose. I don’t care what the score is just as long as they have a three-game losing streak when it’s over.

Yeah, this is exactly what I was afraid of.

Good passing by Maryland and they get their first goal. 4-1 SU

What kind of defense is Syracuse playing? Is it a modified zone or something? It looks like aggressive man to man at some points but I don’t know enough about the game.

Both sides have traded free positions. 5-2 Syracuse at the 25:45 mark

Up to this point, this has to be a very frustrating game for Orange fans.

Syracuse is starting to look really lost on offense.
