Put in the backups to get some playing time, particularly goalie.

Titanic.
Re: Johns Hopkins 2020
No idea why Angelus or Murphy are not getting more time. Baskin cannot finish
Darby still has no shot at getting to his offstick side. None

At least 3 occasions where if its Murphy and not Baskin, we score. Personnel decisions remain mind-boggling.

Re: Johns Hopkins 2020
Time to switch things up and put Giacalone in there. Darby hasn’t been bad on stopping shots. But if you’re having this much trouble on clears, some of that has to be on the goalie.
And it’s time to give Narewski a few turns on face offs.

Epstein is looking ok. He’s given up on the quick dodges from behind the net and is focusing on passing and off-ball play. One goal and one assist.
He needs reps to get back in game shape.
Share your concern about further injury.

Seriously. Why do we suck so bad at clearing?

Haven't posted here since the migration over from laxpower.
1 - whoever is letting Epstein play should be fired. The kid is not okay. It is almost negligent for him to be out there. He is clearly still injured.
2 - Petro is the issue, not the players. Hopkins has talent, but the coaching never adapts or puts these kids into positions to be successful. We can complain about this and that about players, but the buck stops at the coaching staff. Change needed to happen last year, but it better this year.

To add to my previous post, I am glad Gray didn't come to Hopkins. Petro would have wasted his talents, but clearly not being wasted in Chapel Hill.

For the guys who apparently aren't "buying in", is this what their supposed to "buy-in" to?

Not sure if Hopkins defenders have ever gotten their sticks on Gray’s hands when he’s shooting. Gray personifies why passive defenses belong in the Jurassic era.
