MIAA 2023
Re: MIAA 2023
Trine has a larger than recent recruiting class. A lot of guys from Ohio and Michigan plus a couple from NY state. Fewer from Indiana which is a change I think. Not sure about 5th years though. May have to see what comes through in the fall.
Re: MIAA 2023
Trine is definitely on the way up, if their recruiting is bringing players from those areas that will be good for that program.

D2 kid from Indy transferring to Albion and Conley will be back

Re: MIAA 2023
Conley is a handful and him coming back, seems to keep the Britons at the top in the MIAA.
If the transfer is who I think it is, solid player from Michigan who didn't get a ton of time at Indy. Versatile enough (especially with Conley coming back) that he can play midfield as well.
First of all, ya better check your tone. I dont think you know who you're talking to. I'm Leonard Washington...I don't get butt naked for nobody!!
Re: MIAA 2023
From what I heard that sounds like the kid that is transferring. Good get for Albion, looks like Coach Decola is getting the job done this summer.

I saw him a few weeks ago at a tourny he was coaching and had a splint on his finger he said he broke his finger half way through the season lolz
Re: MIAA 2023
The Conference is going to be tougher this year no doubt, I'm excited for fall to get a really accurate account of the influx of talent all around.
Re: MIAA 2023
Sounds like Albion may continue to be the team to beat. Excited to see how the teams improve over last year.Leonard Washington wrote: ↑Wed Aug 03, 2022 8:53 amConley is a handful and him coming back, seems to keep the Britons at the top in the MIAA.

IMO Hope is still #1 with Albion at a (close) #2.

Re: MIAA 2023
Honest question. What happened in the tournament championship game last spring? I thought Hope was really impressive when I saw them last year, but know they lost to Albion in the championship game.Leonard Washington wrote: ↑Wed Aug 03, 2022 3:25 pmIMO Hope is still #1 with Albion at a (close) #2.
Re: MIAA 2023
As of now, Hope lost way to much for me to put them at 1, I’ll need to see what they have come fall.Leonard Washington wrote: ↑Wed Aug 03, 2022 3:25 pmIMO Hope is still #1 with Albion at a (close) #2.
Re: MIAA 2023
Anyone know what some of the MIAA schools are doing for fall ball?
Trine is hosting Taylor (IN) and probably Anderson (IN) on 10/8.

Re: MIAA 2023
Just saw Alma opened up. Anyone know what the situation is?
Re: MIAA 2023
Albion HC played a physical long pole and had him like glue on Radzville, shutting him down. Conley was all over the place that game, good goaltending, just the better team that day. The year prior Albion beat them in regular season and lost in playoffs. These teams are too close in talent for one to have a huge edge over the other.OHLaxDad wrote: ↑Wed Aug 03, 2022 4:27 pmHonest question. What happened in the tournament championship game last spring?
