I’d suspect he’d be a strong recruiter with his ties to the Philly area and Baltimore.WAC has dug a pretty big hole for itself but I have to think in 3-4 years they could be in the top 20 conversation again

Any insight on a timeline for assistants? With his experience, I would think Coach Nostrant has a fairly wide network of possibilities. Of course, that does not mean there are a lot of people who are interested.

Add in Giblin, once his son graduates from The Mount...or transfers?
A fraudulent intent, however carefully concealed at the outset, will generally, in the end, betray itself.

Never been part of a rebuilding, does he install assistants immediately? Or over 2-4 years? Gotta think the alums would prefer sooner rather than later...

Sooner as opposed to later.

Alot of ground to make up in the Centennial.

Also hard to justify the cost of the school these days....makes recruiting just a tad bit more difficult. The place and surrounding area is just gorgeous.....plus Red Eyes Dock Bar Sunday bikini contest is not too far away 8-) .

Hopkins alum Chase Winter is no longer listed as an assistant on the WAC page. Looks like Coach Nostrant will be bringing in his own staff.

I think Coach Nostrant has to change the culture and that starts with a new staff. I hope he has success. A strong WAC lax program is good for DIII lacrosse.
