Re: Transfer Portal 2024

I wonder why Richie Lacalandra withdrew from school after 4 games in... Not happy with his playing time and his role.. Considering the ball was in Myers stick for the bulk of the time, he wasn't used to being an offball player. Hearing he's heading back to the A 10 (not Hobart). Back to the A-10? T...

Re: ODAC 2023

Let's be clear, I'm not cutting a promo for Sydney. I didn't care for the way the team conducted itself yesterday, didn't care for what I heard from their fans on the sideline either. Definitely a lot of little brother vibes going on with that program. But, they're the best team in the ODAC this yea...

Re: ODAC 2023

Roanoke played a tough schedule this season, I've watched all of the games - Sydney is the best team they've played bar none and it's not close, including Salisbury and Lynchburg. They're huge, fast and their guys do well under duress, they don't throw the ball away much or put it on the ground. I k...

Re: Roanoke 2023

Despite the score, Roanoke D looked better to me yesterday versus the last two years. They caused 14 TOs, struggled a bit in their zone but I think with practice it will improve. The goalie played outstanding, he made some incredible saves. The last two years Noke started the season with a visit to ...

Re: Roanoke 2023

I mentioned this in another thread and I'll say it again. Getting spanked by 10-15 goals in the 1st game of the season to a much better team isn't going to make them a better team. It makes no-sense to schedule a team like Salisbury that early in the season. Duly noted, you think Noke sucks. We'll ...

Re: What did we learn from Fall Ball

In my opinion York is going to have their moment in 2023. It's been building, and I think it's time.

Many of the programs that have thrived in the last few years are graduating a ton of important guys, and I think we'll see some surprises along the way as a result. Looking forward to it!

Any color from the scrimmages yesterday? I think Yale was scheduled to play Marquette, and then UMass Lowell, with Sacred Heart also in attendance.

[/quote] You hit it right on the head Laxguy. Back when I still could get up and down me and some teammates would always try and go to OC. Roanoke 2023

Let's get this shizzle poppin.

Couple of D1 transfers onboarding. Noah Goad (M) Canisius, and Sean Swenson (D) Siena.

Younger Kammerman is the only kid I know in the incoming freshman class, I think he should have an impact in 2023.

Six weeks to fall ball!

Re: JoeMauer89 (1 Minute - 2 Day)

64 Minute (128 Day) Penalty. You'll be released on March 16 at 7:50 PM EST. 128 minute (256 Day) Penalty. You'll be released on March 12, 2023 at 2:45 PM EST. This has reached the point of absurdity. The punishment should be proportionate to the severity of the crime. I would recommend finding a di...

Ah, Sean Kirwan? Right? That's what I heard. Someone on this board said it. I'm taking that guy at his word.

Re: Transfer Portal

Wouldn't be surprised to see some of those Gettysburg players end up at Springfield. I am sure Bugbee has spoke to Toner about Springfield being a graduate destination for some of the Bullet players. The young men from Gettysburg on the list can play D1, I suspect they will do so. In fact, a lot of...

Whatever CNU is doing, it's working. The rich get richer. https://youtu.be/dWAG_iMpoBY

6'3" attackman who can finish inside, great vision and a hard shot. When he fills out a little bit he'll be a problem.

They may lose a lot of players this year, but they aren't going away.

Re: Maryland 2022 National Champions

Seems like Makar and Puglise deserve credit for being all-time great Terp lacrosse leaders. As great as Jared was as player, he was a quiet leader by example. These dudes are great, vocal and fearless. I read an article about Makar yesterday, e seems like an excellent guy. The article was written a...
