Re: Tewaaraton Award 2024
Brandau would be a great player wherever he played. The Ivies have taken a significant step up in the past decade in terms of athleticism and overall competitiveness. 5 Ivy teams are currently in the Top 20. Matt Brandau is certainly making a case for himself. 9 points yesterday. I still lean Shell...

Re: Cornell 2024
One question on rules, which may have changed in the last year or two. On Cornell last (brief) possession, when I think it was Dooley who made an excellent play getting the ball to Goldstein. I was expecting Coach B to call time out since Goldstein was under duress, though by an o-mid, not a pole. ...

Re: Cornell 2024
77 , I always respect your views, BUT ever since 2019, when we beat ND at ND, and we had very similar resumes, and they chose ND and left Cornell out, I will never trust the CHC again. That's why, even though we lost today, and it's tough, BUT the more important game is Saturday against Harvard, an...

Re: Syracuse 2024
I’ll keep posting here to move the thread back into relevance. At least until the last game, whenever that is. Not sure how to react to yesterday. I didn’t watch but read all the comments elsewhere on the internet. Such a strange team. Maybe too young? You have to (obviously) put away bad teams. Cu...

Re: Syracuse 2024
Mule isn't a big dodging threat, but that was known coming in to the year tbh. He's supposed to be your #3 attackmen. Over-focusing on him goes a little too much into it. The attack in general is an issue. Spallina against ACC/Top 20 OOC opponents: 8 goals/18 assists/24 points (7 gms): 3.4 ppg Hilt...

Re: UNC 2024
Breschi wasting their last time out off the faceoff with ~1:50 left was horrible. Would’ve saved possession with about :27 left when Duffy got stripped.

Re: UNC 2024
Cuse likely wins this game cause let’s face it, UNC is not good. But it’s such classic cuse to be hotdogging it and throwing no angle btbs into the side of the net up only 4 in the 3rd.

Re: Duke Fans
Interesting that the Duke offensive strategy can make Michael Sowers and O'Neill into regular players. How does that happen? Someone else has posted what I have been saying for years. It’s pretty wild the amount of insane talent they’ve churned through over the last 10 years without a champ...

Re: The Best Venue In Each Of The DI Conferences?
Went with Homewood just given the history there.
I’m partial to Schoellkopf in the ivies as well, but Yales Joe T stadium is nice as well

Re: Notre Dame 2024
The Kavanaughs are both undeniably talented, high effort players. They're also on the borderline of being dirty players. They're exactly the kind of kids you'd love to have on your team and you'd hate having on other teams. But what makes me despise them isn't really them. It's that the ESPN announ...
