I mean yes they ruled in the courts to allow schools to pay athletes, etc, but I'm guessing this all has to go through a boatload of red tape before anything is official. Really interested to see how USF does. Conference is undoubtedly weaker with the departure of Florida to the Big 12. JMU graduates quite a bit as well. PSU out of state is 50k. MSU and OSU are 37-42k respectively. BC/NU 65ish. I wouldn't call PSU tuition low. Lol. I didn't know out of state was that high, I went there in-state.
