Re: GLVC 2019
Curious about Shorter, they seeming are holding on by a thread, ex -player announced as a Coach at the beginning of the season. 10 Sr, 4 Jr, 3 So, 4 Fr. doesn't look good for the future. The program came out of the gate looking like there was promise, but they never seemed to get things rolling aft...

Re: SCAC 2019
Something strange I did notice about the SCAC tournament this year is the fact that Colorado College doesn't play any of the SCAC teams in the regular season, however on their schedule it says SCAC Semi Finals and Finals on April 26th and 28th respectively. If there is a 4 team playoff and 5 teams ...

Re: SAA 2019
What a statement performance by Berry up at Salisbury yesterday. It's safe to assume that most everyone in the country will look at that game as Salisbury starting slow, but, for those of us that have seen Berry play under Coach Gilbert the last few years, Sunday's game wasn't a massive surprise. Th...

Re: VMI 2019
I hope you don't take this the wrong way, as I have nothing but respect for the sacrifice all of the Keydets make during their four years (and beyond for many). But my question is, what do the other service academies do differently that allows them to compete athletically? Or is it they just have t...

Re: VMI 2019
W&L will always look sharper in the fall since they have a stick in their right hand Sept-Oct and VMI is saluting with theirs. What a perfect way to sum up just how big of a hill VMI has to climb each and every year as they aim to become more competitive in the SoCon. Even a D3 team allowed &qu...

Re: Colleges That Should Add Men's Lacrosse ASAP
I might add Columbia to that list; only Ivy without a men's program, plenty of $, and a relatively new woman's rugby club side that could be turned into a varsity sport relatively quickly from a title XI perspective. Rugby isn't an official NCAA sport, so that wouldn't help from a Title IX perspect...

SAA 2019
Picking up where the LaxPower thread died: Besides a handful of Twitter posts from Rhodes and Hendrix, there hasn't been much noise on incoming recruiting classes. Any word on everyone else? Good pick up by Centre to land Zimmerman from Denison as their new HC. Will Rhodes make it two in a row or wi...
