Re: Recruiting

Watch the American select 2023 championship game between Connecticut and Massachusetts on youtube. just for a little glimpse of how good Chloe Humhrey(#9 white) is. insane talent She is a generational talent. IMO the '23 class is a strong class, but she is the best buy far. She is going to be fun t...

Re: Transfer Portal

I would agree. MD always gets a bump, but they have earned it will all of their rings. They still bring in a lot of talented players - especially through the portal. I would modify the before listed ranking:

1. UNC
2. BC
3. Duke
4. Cuse
5. MD

It will be fun to see how this plays out.

Re: Transfer Portal

Stanford had a class last year that was far better than Clemson’s and have a much easier schedule and they still got beat by Richmond. C Carolina still brought in the best player in the '23 class. The second best player went to Maryland. Possibly the third best player went to Stanford. Clemson's cl...

Re: Transfer Portal

Clemson had an excellent 23 class in the state of Maryland. Arguably the best of any school. They beat out The Terps for the Byrne twins. Clemson is going to be a factor in a couple of years The best player in their class is Shurtleff. She is a dynamic player with a great work ethic. The Terps only...

Re: Transfer Portal

No one is talking about it but Clemson has some very nice pickups in this transfer window. This tells me Clemson is an attractive destination and they'll be competitve fast. Agree that they will be competitive fast. They have fantastic facilities. All depends on what the student athlete is looking ...

Re: Transfer Portal

Parsing through IG bios, Hogarth is the only one transferring with two or more years of eligibility who got significant PT in College Park. Some others could be transferring for their COVID year, but I don't know enough to know if that's the case or they're just done playing. Also Donovan transferri...

Endicott in Mass. UVM is nice in April. The upgrades to the Dome have made the experience better. Hard to argue with any game at Carolina.

Re: Looking Forward to 2023

Agree. She barely uses her bench and those starters by end of games especially at end of season were exhausted. Agree. BC was worn down. She has a lot of talent on the bench as well. That has appeared to be MD's philosophy over the years - hard to argue with CR's success though. What traditional to...

I would like to Princeton and "Cuse renew their annual rivalry. Harvard and ND would also be an intriguing matchup as well.

Re: Transfer Portal

Wanted to bump this up considering the 2022 season is now over. I'm sure over the course of the next month or so more players will enter the portal-- but is anyone hearing of any notable names in the transfer portal or any rumors of their likely destination? I heard that Marge Donovan is heading to...

spallina was 2 academic years anyway behind o'neill. seen him once. even with all the assists, very ball dominant. not sure how that plays out w the shot clock. Harvards Mullins to Rutgers. Nice pick up! They have a lot of holes to fill, so they may retain the crown of transfer U. Right or wrong, that's what the high school kids are calling RU now ... I have heard the same thing as well. If this trends continues it could hurt them recruiting HS players.

HC's are the CEOs. Are HC's suppose to do all of the coaching or oversee and intervene as needed? Not sure your point.

Her male counterpart for the UNC/BC was painful. Just talk about the game and stop talking about North throughout the entire game. Even when UNC I like CN, but is she anymore of a "Generational player" than Kayla Treanor, Michelle Tumolo or Selena Lasota? I would beg to differ with Carc ab...

I would also like to see Santa Clara add Women's lacrosse. Pepperdine seems like a slam dunk. Private school, location, and academics. Anxious to see the next school to add lax out west.

Re: Syracuse 2022

Word is that John Galloway said no to Providence(where he was an assistant). Do you think he sticks it out at Jacksonville for a bit longer and waits to see what happens regarding Gary Gait at SU? Could SU be John's dream job? I think JG would only leave Jax for "Cuse. Maybe Duke, but Dino's h...
