I picked Princeton to win tonight. They gave Maryland about as good a game as St. Joe gave UVA and Zutah gabs Duke. Terps made the Tigers look like an AQ from a weak conference. I thought Princeton was better than this.

Duke has been known to drop some that they should win, but this won’t be one of them.

Basically a bye for the Irish.

Princeton’s young guys have improved steadily. Maryland is an excellent program having a down year, and they may be missing a key offensive player from an o that lacks initiators. Loathe as I may be to pick against the Terps I’m May, I think the Tigers take this one by a couple.

I can’t believe Penn State is as bad as they looked against Michigan, and I think Georgetown is about as good as they looked against Villanova. If the good Penn Stste shows up, they should win by something like 16-11.

To me, the most dangerous team in the PL is Army, maybe BU next. I don’t know much about Lehigh and realize that Hopkins finished on a sour note, but I expect them to win by something like 12-8.

Princeton looks better than the teams I was referring to in that post. I feel bad for Penn if they didn’t get in as well as for Cornell. Neither embarrassed themselves by getting blown out in their tournament.
